I loved the hotel, the bed were very comfy but my favorite part was The Amazing valet parking team! Agusto, Luis and Johnny made My experience a 10/10! Super friendly guys! I will highly recommend it... to my friends, it’s close to lax and a lot of other places.

Amazing service, super covinient. Everyone is super friendly, and professional. Augusto and Eremias were great. Every time I travel sonesta parking services are the best. Close to the airport and they have... a bar. In case you want to unwind after your flight you can have a drink while traffic dies down

Jona the valet driver was very nice! He was very professional and he helped us with our stay. Please give him a raise! The restaurant was great in the rooms were very nice and clean and we had a wonderful ...night. We look forward to coming back soon.

No way! We booked a rate that included breakfast and had the paperwork to prove it. The manager refused to honor the inclusion of breakfast, despite our printed proof. Seriously? Lousy customer service to ...the point I don’t care what the hotel is like. Add on a $200 deposit for our one night stay. This adds up to a 1-star review. Don’t trust what your printed reservation says.

One of the worst hotels to stay and now they haven't returned mt pre authorisation after one month. Buyer beware. The stay was very below average and now I am just about to start a fight to get back a pre ...authorisation charge of $200. Its stealing!
