Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.

Best hotel staff ever!

The staff here are some of the most excellent, kind, and helpful hotel staff that I've ever encountered! They met requests with speed and efficiency! And they stopped to help me find my missing phone after I'd checked out. I was really touched by the level of care and compassion shown by the staff.

I have not stayed here and probably over 10 years. It was such a great experience. The outside patio with the fire was so nice. The hamburger could’ve been one of the best hotel hamburgers I’ve ever had. They told me it would be good and it was absolutely delicious. The rooms are spacious. The balcony was so nice. I love that. There’s a mini fridge in the room, I will definitely be back and it’s perfect for a guy like me that’s afraid of elevators because there’s not a lot of floors and you can just take the stairs. The place was super clean thank you thank you thank you.
