This resort is so clean, everywhere you look someone is cleaning something. From disinfecting the bars going into the pool, sweeping, trimming bushes, straightening chairs. The maintenance on this property... is 24/7 and it shows. The bathrooms smell good and are spotless. The bellhop staff is so polite, friendly and helpful. Antonio, Felipe, Fernando, Erick and Alonso really stood out with their amazing service. The entertainment staff is a nice touch, Ariel and Adrian add a little touch of fun each day to the pool and on some evenings. Karaoke night was a blast, our only complaint is that it was only 1 night out of our 7 night stay. We would’ve loved to do that a 2nd night. The serving staff poolside was great, each person better than the next. Samual, Ingrid, Margarita and both Juan’s provided exceptional service we looked forward to seeing them each day. I gave 4 stars because I had an issue with a belligerent time share owner (twice) that I felt could have been handled a little better. They did do a great job making me feel safe and comfortable after the second encounter but it should have never been able to happen twice. Overall we had beautiful vacation and are planning our next visit to this insanely gorgeous resort

What an awesome first time stay at Hacienda Encantada! From the check-in experience to the pools to the restaurants… everything was amazing! But my favorite part? The staff! Everywhere we went they were... warm and friendly. But especially Luis from the El Patio restaurant at the adults-only pool was so wonderful. We loved seeing his warm smile each day and appreciated how hard this man works! What a kind person. And he always knew our orders and had them delivered quickly every time. Thank you Luis and to all the HE Team for giving me a truly magical vacation.

This is an amazing resort! The grounds are absolutely beautiful, pools lovely, & our 2 bedroom suite was gorgeous & so comfortable. All of the staff was so kind, attentive, & helpful. We especially liked I...SABEL EMANUEL at Las Marias where we had breakfast. She was wonderful & made sure we were taken care of very well. Gracias, Isabel!

Cesar was a very gracious fitness trainer at the fitness center. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. When I needed help with the gym equipment he not only showed me how to use the equipment but he also... guided me through a complete workout. I can't believe I got a private fitness trainer without even asking! Cesar taught me new training tips that I can use after I return home. Thank you, Cesar

Pleasant experience all around. Shot out to Bell Man Eric, concierge Manny and pool concierge Tania. Only complaint is people saving pool chairs at 8am and not coming to them for hours. Often times no plac...e to sit and having to go to kid pool area.
