The weather is beautiful and the staff has been amazing. They are so helpful and go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your experience. Juan at Los Riscos and Gerardo at the pool bar are such wonderful people who have made our stay spectacular.

Wonderful and competent staff. Mario Masero and the other staff did their best to make our stay memorable. Friendly, funny, and competent, they kept us coming back almost every day during our 2-week stay. My husband said he had the best vegetarian burgers there that he ever had!

I would like to thank all the staff at the Patio pool bar. Specially the following servers, Gustavo, Aristo and Luis. There service was outstanding, always taking care of the clients food and drinks. Amazing service an experience. Anyone staying at Hacienda Encantada please support your servers and tip them well.

This resort is stunning. We have stayed at another resort in Cabo, which we loved, but this one is even better. The views are incredible. There are multiple pools. We played pickle ball, took walks, and enjoyed daily happy hours. A trip to town with Uber was easy and inexpensive. We received great service from Gustavo, Isabel, and Juan de Dios at various restaurants on site. Highly recommend!

This resort “checks the box” If you seeking a relaxing full service resort. It is close to the marina/town (15 mins) yet in a quiet cove on a hill. The views are amazing. Servers in the restaurants are special including Juan De Dios in El Eden, Vladimir, Ingrid and Gustavo at the adult pool bar, and David(John David) at the phase 3 pool. Every meal was very good.
