This place was the best option we could have, everyone here friendly and welcoming, the room was super clean and nice design, our concierge Manny Salgado helped us in all our excursions, reservations and needs he’s such a great guy. We had such a blast!!

From checking in to the dining to the poolside service, we could not have been happier! We especially appreciated Juan Ramon at the El Patio pool. He kept us full with delicious food and drink! Juan was always there with a smile and more water! And we all know that water is necessary in the hot Cabo climate. When I say always there, we know because we were there everyday from 8am to 5 pm. We have to go back to the real world but Juan certainly made vacation a paradise for us! Thanks so much, Juan Ramon!!

If you are a 2024, 2025 or 2026 bride and are thinking about 1) hosting a wedding here or 2) using this as a hotel block for your wedding - THINK AGAIN & LOOK ELSEWHERE. This place is a disaster and I promise you that you won't regret not moving forward with this location. We hosted our wedding at Esperanza and used this hotel as a room block for our guests and I have 7-8 people complain that there reservations weren't booked correctly, that the front desk associates (when guests were checking in/needed things) were extremely rude and I am now dealing (as the bride) with a plethora of administrative issues pertaining to my deposit (which I have NOT gotten back yet!). Management has been unresponsive to both me and my wedding planners (it's now almost 3 weeks after my wedding) and with no information, I am very close to disputing the entire charge. It's unacceptable. Don't do this to yourself! If you're on a budget, there are a ton of awesome spots for room blocks surrounding Esperanza/Chileno/Zadun etc. I wish I had done more research before booking with Hacienda, but unfortunately, I just wanted to "check it off my list". If you have time/a wedding planner - talk to them at length if they recommending this property and show them this review because it'll be there problem when things go wrong. Shame on you Hacienda.

The staff was friendly and helpful . The checking was fast and I liked the welcoming drink they provided. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The place had many choices to eat some were very good . I liked very much that a shuttle bus was provided to go to the downtown and the beach. What I did not like was the pressure to participate in a presentation to sell memberships.

It was an amazing experience in Hacienda Encantada, the restaurants los Riscos, mestizo, las Marias, Barolo, il forno, el patio, Pérgola, Trajinera, baja lobster, Los deseeos and the Jacks steak house were faboulouse. The concierge team Manny, Karla, Pepe and David were so kind to explain everything
