We really enjoyed our week long stay at El Cid Moro. Very clean resort. Our view was breathtaking. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had all inclusive and the wait staff was so kind, especi...ally Daniel Osuna. We made sure we sat in his area to eat. He was the best. We plan to return again. See you then Dan??

The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and met our needs with efficiency and speed. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite. The room sizes were impressive and the view was awesome. The beds were comfortable with pl...enty of different pillows. We bought the all inclusive package and enjoyed the variety of food, beverages and alcoholic drinks.

Shout out to the waitstaff by El Moro pool and beach, especially the Captains Rodolfo and Ramon. We’ve been coming to Mazatlan for 20 years and the waiters and captains at El Moro have never disappointed. ...They are filled with friendliness, personality and expertise. They are absolutely the best. Hats off to Rodolfo for managing such a great staff, who are like family after so many years.

Almost every day at the end of day I would go to the Elite lounge for a drink. On every occasion that Alejandra was on duty I was on duty I was greeted with a beautiful smile and a warm greeting. I had a n...umber of conversations with her and she was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Can't wait to return
