Our friend Juan Alvarez is the best BEST BEST PERSON EVER HERE !! we love him ! The food is fantastic as well as the pool is so warm . I love how well maintained the resort id I feel very clean and welcoming when I’m here . Between the restaurant and pool and front desk all staff is amazing

Juan Alvarez has been the life of our vacation , he has been very outgoing and fun during our stay . Thank you so much for this amazing experience here st el Sid. My husband and I celebrated our 7th Wedding Anniversary from 2/15-2/21. When we arrived we began check in. Jessica approached us before we finished to introduce herself. She was awaiting our arrival since she was our representative to confirm our trip details. She made sure our check in was smooth. Jessica was always reaching out to us about our visit. Jose was great with setting up our personal tour with Raphael who was personable and seemed knowledgeable of the city. Alejandra Campos was exceptionally helpful and very friendly. She made sure dinner reservations were made and that our room was decorated for our anniversary. She personally took time to show us how much she cared. Alejandra made sure our needs were met while we were at El Cid. Nestor made sure our luggage was transported to our room while giving us a personal attention. The staff for the most part were amicable. We would visit again! The only down side was the dated look of the rooms. Also, making sure that the rooms are thoroughly cleaned to include spills, stains on furniture.

Service at the pool was absolutely amazing!!! Jorge was absolutely the Best!!! We were here for a week and he was so Awesome!!!! The ladies in the “Elite” club were not the nicest :( The pool was extremely clean and very well kept! Fun games also by the poolside with some prizes made things fun!

jorge took care of everything we needed. very great service. the food was good and drinks were amazing. lots of activities. pool and bar were lots of fun. beach was well taken care of. rooms were good and room service did a good job every day. thanks
