May 20 – December 10, 2024 – Renovation of rooms at Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites (entire facility) and External building façade painting. Hotel services will not be affected.
June – December 10, 2024 – 1st phase of room renovation at Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach (175 rooms) – Hotel Services will not be affected.
June 4 – September 24, 2024 – External building façade, painting & room balconies renovation at the Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach. Hotel services will not be affected.
August 12 – November 26, 2024 - Renovation of the Buffet at Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites.
All efforts will be made to minimize impact to guests during this time.

Wonderful Stay at Iberostar Rose Hall Waves

I recently stayed at Iberostar Rose Hall Waves, and it was fantastic. The rooms were spotless and offered breathtaking ocean views. The food was diverse and delicious. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist, ensuring we had a memorable stay. A special shoutout to Club Ambassador Susana, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Iberostar Rose Hall Waves exceeded all our expectations, largely due to her exceptional service She was attentive, warm, and made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The location is ideal, close to Montego Bay but still feels like a private paradise.
Honest review from a frequent flyer to Jamaica

I am currently still at this resort and still have few days to go. I am a frequent traveller in Jamaica so I am going to be very honest. I would not call this a 5 star hotel, upon arrival there’s no welcome drinks. We were told to leave our bags at the front and the bell workers will our luggage up, we waited 3hrs for luggage to arrive in the room after we called the front desk to be told they don’t know what we talking about and if we can come show them which is our luggage. Our fridge was not stocked even though we informed them from the 1st, 2nd & 3rd day. However later round 6pm our fridge was stocked. No dressing gowns by the way. Not that you come on holiday to watch tv but it nice to know what’s happening in world as background noise while getting ready but the TV was not working. Remember this is meant to be a 5 STAR which you paid your hard earn money for. Like the other reviews some of the staff are lovely but some are just rude by in mind I’m not someone who pushes people to talk cos I get it they work hard but as waitress customer service should be number one. The pool was lovely and the sea is beautiful and when we did get our room clean again on the 3rd day it was cleaned beautifully. The Italian restaurant is awful, so defo just try that one first to get it out the way. The Japanese is ok but I say it’s ok because I personally didn’t like the flavours however others in my group did. I would actually prefer holiday inn which has now been changed to Catalona and is a 3 star or the RUI’s. If this resort did not label themselves as 5 star I don’t think I would have written such a negative review. To add the food in the buffet was lovely and even have a microwave to warm up the food if you like to have food piping hot. Going back to this place being a 5 star if you’re gonna spend 5 star money I don’t think this is the place personally. This is my 6th time in a resort in Jamaica and the 1st time in a 5 star in Jamaica and I can honestly say this is probably my worst experience especially when it comes to the service. Anyway I hope you find this review helpful when choosing where to book. I personally work extremely hard for my money so when I spend money I expect a standard and to be honest I’m easy to please but yes this will be the last time I will be coming to this place. Oh n before I leave it there especially regarding those 1st 3 days regarding the service not once did anyone apologise for the room not being stocked, room not being cleaned, missing water bottles etc and we were calling as well as physically going to the front desk asking politely for those small requests. Anyway I’m going to try enjoy the rest of my trip.
