This place is the worst all inclusive Ive ever been to. Room is decent. Beach is nice. Lovely view from pool area. Some staff are pleasant and seem happy to do their jobs, BUT overall staff is not he...lpful or friendly, food is subpar by general all inclusive standards, staff is late to open things at times and you have tk work quite hard to get what youd like - a cup of coffee or a fork for example. In general there is much less upkeep, maintenance, and service than we’ve experienced at all other all inclusives. Not the hotel’s fault, but the clientele here also seems to be on the dodgy end: we witnessed several scenes of partying and swearing around the pool by guests that was not suitable for our children. This place is fine, but not good and definitely not great. I don’t know how the ratings online are as good as they are. For the dollars it should be at least good and it really isn’t. Avoid the disappointment.

Just returned and I must say I had a good time. The resort is beautiful, staff are friendly, clean rooms, and the drinks were delicious. The food was not bad, there will be something for even the pickiest ...eaters (I didn't get any but everyone said the jerk chicken on the beach was amazing).This is not a luxury resort so keep that in mind. I don't like family-friendly resorts (kids), but I was not disappointed.
