Heaven on earth! Loved everything about it. This hotel is beautiful and the room was also beautiful and huge, wonderful bathroom and lovely balcony with swing chair. Plenty of pools to choose from. Staff ...so friendly and very accommodating. Food choices aplenty and very delicious too. Great watersports available on the beach which is right on the doorstep!

We enjoyed every bit of our vacation. I can’t say enough about the accommodation and staff. Waking up to the sounds and view of the beautiful ocean was truly paradise. The restaurants and meals were well ...thought out and delicious. The spa was a retreat within itself.

We don't typically stay at all inclusive hotels but we so enjoyed our trip at JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar for some badly needed R&R! Our room was gorgeous and super clean over looking the beach. The serv...ice was off the charts! We were pleased to find out that we were upgraded to inlude a butler. Although we didn't know what to ask, they were all off the charts lovely and super helpful. Every day there was someone to answer questions or assist us from morning until evening. A BIG shout out to: Jaime, Berris, Rushane and Travis who all went out of their way to help! Jaime helped us get some things for the room. Rushane went out of his way to have a birthday message on my bed out of flowers and Jaime/Berris had champagne with cheese and crackers as a suprise in the room for us to celebrate my birthday! This was off the charts lovely and really special touches. We enjoyed discovering all the restaurants and cafes. Karen, a super friendly server at the Terrace cafe, invited us to lunch the next day at 1 pm. She was fabulous! We also thought Nicholas was so personable at Es Palau knowing just what we would enjoy with the best recommendations as did Dexter? at La Toscana who made some fabulous recommendations too. We were so pleased with all our meals and the ambiance! The breakfast, however, was my absolute favorite with Dilroy remembering what I would want for an omelette each morning and Tarah, the Smoothie Girl Queen had a smile and personality to light up the room as she made the happiest and yummiest smoothies! What a way to start the day! BTW, the best coffee is made by Rasa at the Star Cafe! She also remembered just how I liked my coffee each morning and was a gem! The hostesses were all wonderful and very accommodating too! I enjoyed doing yoga everyday with Lala along with the water aerobics! My favorite was when we had yoga on the beach when it was not too windy. The evening entertainment was different every night too with something for everyone! We loved the solo performers who played piano, flute, guitar and the best smile was from the beautiful cellist! It was so nice to have a drink, relax and listen in the beatuful lounge/lobby! I loved that some people were playing games or cards. That was a great idea! The piano player with the candles was super special! He did such a great job playing so many favorites! The fire man was amazing and the evening dancers did such a great job getting people up - even my husband joined in on the beach which was amazing! These dancers are so talented and friendly! They wear multiple hats during the day and entertain at night and get major kudos! My only suggestion for the resort, which is a tough one since some people like to smoke, is to have a designated area on the beach or at the pool where they can smoke. It was a breezy week so it was tough to avoid but maybe that would make it better. The great part though, was there were plenty of lounge chairs. We would just move and then have a change of scenery to have fresher air. It was a super lovely week with Jamaican hospitality at JOIA Rose Hall getting a high five, a BIG HUG from me with so much apprecation for all their hard work to make it so spcial!

We stayed at Joia Rose Hall for 11 nights and had a fantastic time. Andre and Alain were our butlers and they did an amazing job of meeting every request quickly as well as adding a few surprises of their ...own. We returned from dinner one night to a bubble bath in the jacuzzi tub and towel swans and flowers. Both of these butlers are exceptional! The food was amazing throughout our stay and the wait staff are excellent. The breakfast buffet is really good with cooking stations if you want omelettes, pancakes, waffles, etc. I can’t remember her name, but the woman at the waffles cooking stations made excellent fresh crepes and waffles for me. The beach is beautiful in front of Joia and we enjoyed the pools, especially the free beach beds for shade. Overall this was an excellent stay!

Joia Rise Hall Adults Only All Inclusive Resort," in Montego Bay Jamaica is excellent!! The staff is amazing. Barrington, at the check-in front desk, is the best! He has always made sure we were happy wit...h our accommodations. Omar was one of the most amazing and sweetest butlers and was so helpful with anything we asked for! The service, food, cleanliness, fun activities, beautiful beach, and staff are all excellent! A lobby bar with live music nightly. A fun party pool bar, as well as a quiet pool with many comfortable lounges and huts. There is an indoor wonderful breakfast buffet every morning. Also, an on the beach lunch buffet everyday, as well as an on the beach hut, for lunch and snacks. Italian, French, Steak, and Japanese restaurants. All the restaurants were excellent!! The Japaneese Chef Shamar made a shrimp dish, which was so amazing, and was the best shrimp dish we have ever had!! And, so much fun talking with him and the wonderful cooks as well! Toscana, the Italian restaurant, and the waitress was excellent! Another wonderful stay at the "Joya Adults Only All Inclusive Resort in Montego Bay Jamaica! ?? ?? ?? Wasn't our first time...... and it won't be our last!!!!
