People were fun and friendly. Food was excellent. Grounds were well kept. Was a wonderful week!!! We got the swim out butler suite and it was exactly the right choice and having great people take care of... you is the way to do it. Already talking with my wife about when we’ll be back.

We had an excellent stay at JOIA Rose Hall and would definitely go back. The resort is very clean. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom is nice and large. Bed was comfortable. We had a nice ocean view fro...m our room. Service was impeccable! Food was decent for a resort. Never had a problem finding a spot by the pool or beach. Like other resorts, the good spots are taken early with folks putting towels down. We liked that we could go over to the other resort to eat or hang out just to switch it up. We never felt like any space was overcrowded except the restaurants for dinner so if we didn't want to wait we would just go to the buffet next door. The only negative was the sales presentation which we should have skipped. I would have given the resort 4 stars just because of that but we knew better and signed up anyway for the gift. Bad decision on our part. Don't waste time in the beautiful weather sitting through it.

Came with a group of friends to celebrate birthdays. Everyone truly enjoyed their stay. Top shelf liquor available. Awesome view. Staff was very accommodating. Food was delicious. Grounds were very we...ll kept. Plenty of activities to fill our days. N
