Just checked about an hour or so ago. It has been awhile since I have been here but it still feels like home e.g. the best of the best. The checkin process can often see the stage and Sonika did not disa...ppoint. Superior customer service from the moment of hello. She has no idea how much I appreciate her for it. …. more to come over the next 4 days. Already thinking about extending an additional day.

I have been to many Caribbean all inclusives resorts travelling with my best friend over the years. Jamaica will remain our love from of all of the islands. But I have to say that the Joia Rose Hall by I...berostar hotel is by far my favourite. The staff are all amazing, the food is top notch and the hotel and room itself is clean and beautiful you can see that they take pride at this hotel. This trip was our first at this resort and will now be our go to place and can’t wait to return soon. Highly recommend and thank you to the hotel staff for an amazing vacation va true 5 star Ann

A Rocky Start, But a Happy Ending at The Joia Hotel. I have to admit my stay started off on the wrong foot. The air conditioning wasn't working properly and the room had a musky smell. I was frustrated and... ready to write a scathing review. But, the concierge, Georgina, was an absolute angel! She listened to my concerns, apologized, and check with the front desk and got me a room change. The rest of my stay was fantastic, and I was able to relax and enjoy the hotel's amenities. Kudos to Alaine , Clive at the bar, Anishka at the towel station, I can’t remember the others but my stay sure did turn around.

We are finally got to stay at the joia resort . We usually stay at the suites with the kids it’s something we do this time of the year we love Jamaica so we keep coming back we we had breakfast meeting the... last time we came we got a tour of the joia and once I got to see what the adults only side has and it captured us right away . we booked a family trip which the kids stayed with my sister at the suites and we spent our anniversary at the joia .I must say that Verona who assisted with the checking in is very warm and friendly a smooth process she also got me welcome drinks which was so refreshing . What startled me is my room not being ready I’m on vacation I just want to be check in and go have fun I had to wait an additional 2 hrs before the room is ready . My concierge Georgina and her assistant Crystal ensure my vacation was well spent. Georgina was very precise and seem to know her job very well. I Would take these girls back at home with me. their customer service will have any company thrive. While I had fun Crystal and Georgina check in with me updating me on when the room is ready. Thanks Raheem for the pointing out the areas at joia while taking us to our room. Thanks for making sure my anniversary go ask planned Nadeka. Smiley your such a charm you kept us enthused so did angel and the others. Travis Deshawn Lloyd pool bar isn’t fun without you guys . This was an amazing experience and I’ll be coming back but without the kids. Thanks everyone at joia I loved it. !!!!!!!!!!!

My stay at Iberostar was fun. The each and every staff was warm especially Angel girl you are a charm you did keep me entertained the pool bar is fire specially the foam party I had so much fun. Crystal an...d Georgina you guys did an amazing job in our room with the birthday set up it was jaw drop I’ve never gotten this type of luxury before it’s my first all inclusive and sure ain’t my last . When you speak of A1 customer service and friendliness this hotel gives the hell out of it. I wanna say thanks to the team in the guest services department you guys assist me with my issue immediately and I never had to wait my issue was resolve in a gisp thank you nadeka u did that. Travis and Lloyd you my boys these young men made me some really nice exotic drinks guys make sure you try the shot (PINK Pooseh) Thanks my Jamaica mama Kareen for ensuring my transportation was set up for me to go back home and I did have fun on the bamboo river raft it was so nice and relaxing. The food mouth watering. Big up chef Duran yah man !!!! Food nice one love . If you're looking for an stress-free, fun-filled getaway, Iberostar is the place to be!
