Omg this resort is beyond massive and really beautiful. I had a great time here it broke my heart to leave..... I give it a 4 star review because for the adult section it has less food options in terms of ...lunch no bbq area on the beach, which made me reallly sad. Also, the adult bar ran out of beers too many times but hey it's a new resort but with time this place will come together. Now the best part about my vacation was the Enteratinment Crew person's like Ashley,Shantal (berry), and Kemar made my vacation very special especially Ashley she has been my friend once she's at work she comes and keep me company.... Amazing resort will be back for certain. Great customer service from all the staff.

My husband and I decided to give this chain a try after many years of traveling to upscale all inclusive resorts. It is the first time in a long time that we got a chance to spend time together just us. We... are still here and I felt compelled to share our experience. The place is clean, amenities are comfortably and logically located, entertainment provided for all tastes but no pressure to attend. Food is great (unfortunately). Staff is impeccable. One particular professional comes to mind. Neisano. He is one of our butlers who was assigned to help us throughout our stay. I don't know if it's his training that should be commended or his aptitude. This young man left a sense of appreciation and trust in the young generation. He went above and beyond to rectify minor glitches and did not succumb to any provocation from yours truly. I want to congratulate the hotel on their hire and thank them for their assistance and willingness to make our stay serene.
