Out of this world! Simply heaven on earth!

We just came back from what I can only describe as the true heaven on earth, not only does this resort have all the amenities you can imagine, but the staff here are like the family you never had! We didn’t want to leave by the end, and we’re already planning our next visit… I don’t know where to begin, let’s start with the food: AMAZING! I only wish we had more time to try everything, one week is simply not enough at this resort (and we didn’t even waste a minute outside on excursions). We probably tried every breakfast buffet, you can get drinks everywhere you go, and the dining options are most exquisite, you just can’t go wrong. Our preferred breakfast buffet was the Platinum Club at the top, as for lunch, we had it on the beach courtesy of our butlers (Pierre and Questos) and dinner is simply the cherry on top, the mouthwatering experience alone will make you wanna come back for more. The beach: MAGNIFICENT! The semicircular beach here is very secluded, unlike other resorts, no one is trying to sell you antiques or weed here, the only thing that could possibly disturb your beach nap is your inner cravings for more food. The rooms: every room in this resort is ocean facing, the resort is uniquely designed to accommodate the very best options for every guest, it’s so spacious, clean, and cozy at the same time. The Platinum Club: the luxury option at the heart of this experience, and if you’re debating whether it’s worth the extra cost, it definitely was! We were assigned to Pierre and Questos who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable, those two gave us a royalty treatment like no other… Let’s go grab lunch, a minute later, Pierre appears with a lunch tray filled with everything your heart desires, I’m craving cornflakes, super Questos knocks on the door with my favorite choices, every minute of everyday they were one step ahead of us, and the beauty of it is that we didn’t even ask! Those guys reawakened my inner child, where you always get what you want! The Family: It’s true what they say about Jamaica « No problem, only situation »… everyone’s happy and they all work together to make you feel like you belong. From the moment you show up, you are welcomed home. We’ve never met so many happy people at the same time in our lives, but aside from our butlers, we wanna thank Carline, Jenoy and Tashana from the Platinum club, Chuddian from the coffee shop, Garry from the gym, chef Oshaine, Romain, and Deneil from Robet’s flame steakhouse, that meal was insanely good, but I never expected to fall in love with the dessert that comes after more than a piece of steak. Chef Carlington from the Teppanyaki place gave us the most delicious food show in Jamaican style, I’ve never had Teppanyaki before, it was love at first sight! And if you wanna spend a night like no other go to the Blue Note Piano bar at 8:00PM, you’ll meet Wadworth, the sweetest bartender in Jamaica, and if you’re lucky you might cross paths with the greatest Pianist/Musician you’ll ever encounter, Jae javauhm, I honestly don’t know how he’s not international yet! This guy is gonna become Jamaica’s next hit, don’t miss his show! There’s just so many people that we cannot do them justice by one review, there was not one person that we met who didn’t go above and beyond for us, so thank you all. This place is just another luxurious resort, but only with the amazing family there it becomes JAMAZING!! We just wanna go live there!

My wife and I stayed the first part of December and we would rate the Princess Senses as a 12 out of 10. The accomodations were first class and the staff could not do enough for you. The restaurants were excellent with the decor outstanding as was the food. We first went to the Steak house and although it is appropriate to wear casual shorts and tee shirt I felt underdressed due to the ambience, staff service and outstanding food. We have been to many resorts over the past 25 years but this rated as the best resort we had ever experienced. Thank you to the staff and their dedication to their guests.
