My husband and I spent our Honeymoon at Princess Senses The Mangrove Jamaica back in December 11 -18 2024. We opted for the platinum package with butler service. The staff was amazing and went above and ...beyond to accommodate our dietary restrictions. Our butlers Alexis (Lexie) and Dennis were amazing! They were very pleasant and made our honeymoon extra special and memorable. They were always willing to help and checked up on us to ensure we were well taken care of. Chef Johnoy was very helpful as well and having special meals made by him was a treat! They also have permanent food trucks and Chef Oneil made us vegetarian wraps with vegan burger patties and they were delicious! We recommend this hotel to all, families included.

I arrive two weeks after it open. I must see it beautiful hotel. But the beach is hand made so. Unfornatly when I was there all the woman washrrom Weren’t finish yet. So I need to go to lobby to use the w...ashroom or my room when I was at the pool. They should have a food trucks on the adult side to. The restaurant were all good. Good service and entertainment keep you active. And goes out out there way when your solo to keep you company. Doing activité. I find that the door in your room isn’t solide enough. You hear everything in the hallway . They did charge me 300& us by accident at check in and took a month and half of back and fourth on my side to get my deposit back It a bit far from the airport and be ready for bumpy ride to the hotel
