I absolutely loved the aesthetics of the property—from the stunning architecture to the lush greenery, everything was top tier. My first impression was a bit up and down in terms of the overall experience.... We were warmly welcomed with a drink upon arrival, and the lobby team was cheerful, pleasant, and very accommodating. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the attitude of the hostess at the buffet restaurant during lunch. She was light-skinned, had a hairstyle resembling locs, and came across as dismissive. Our group of about 18 people was enjoying lunch and chatting when she approached us and asked us to lower our voices, claiming she couldn't hear because of our talking. What struck me as unfair was that the entire lunchroom was filled with chatter, yet we seemed to be singled out—perhaps because we’re locals and not spending USD. It felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Thankfully, the trip took a positive turn once we met the Vibez Team at the pool area. They truly uplifted our spirits! They were professional, energetic, and very entertaining. Big shoutout to the Vibez Team—especially the DJs, Twinkle, Dee, and Jovi. You were the highlight of our stay! Also, major kudos to the top-tier bartenders at the swim-up bar: Tyrece, Nicole, Javaine, Esroy, Bobby, MolieDon, and Shericka—you all kept the vibes going strong! The rooms were beautiful and well-appointed—definitely top-tier. I was, however, a bit surprised that there wasn’t any liquor stocked in the room. Suggestions for improvement: The food at the buffet was bland for the most part and could use more seasoning. The property needs clearer signage to help guests navigate more easily. The aforementioned hostess should receive training on hospitality and professionalism. Overall, the property is beautiful and has the potential to deliver an exceptional experience with just a few key improvements.
