Our experience at this hotel on arrival yesterday July 6 2024 was extremely frustrating. Despite confirming it was fully operational post hurricane, we arrived to find significant delays in getting a room (4 hour wait) and an incorrect room assignment that we paid for. The lack of communication from the management team is unacceptable.

The Royalton Negril is one of the most beautiful, service-driven places I think I will ever travel to. Our package included a Butler who helped make dinner reservations, keep our fridges stocked, arrange excursions and travel plans and make suggestions. When travel plans changed last minute, he personally made calls to ensure our family had all details lined up for smooth travel home. We loved him— Dane! He was wonderful with our kids too. I also enjoyed a morning yoga routine with Jovi. He was tough but encouraging, gentle but pushed each person. He was kind and positive. Yoga looking out over the ocean isn’t bad either! The facilities, rooms, pools, restaurants, abd spa were very pretty. We would definitely return again!
