We love it here and have been back multiple times! The people are so kind and friendly. We especially love the Seagrapes building, in the swim up butler rooms. Make sure you meet Tamara at the pool, she is an amazing gem! Always smiling and hustling!

This was our first Sandals vacation and we are hooked. The service was outstanding, accommodations clean and we couldn’t have wanted for more. The only thing I was disappointed with was the steak house actual steak. Was certainly not a filet by our standards and was tougher than expected, not cooked as we asked. But on the upside it was a pleasing experience, and above all we will return to Sandals I’m certain. Our Butlers were outstanding!

This was our second trip to Sandals, Montego Bay. We also stayed at this resort in Oct. 2022 for our honeymoon! We absolutely loved the food, service, cleanliness, and the ocean views are spectacular. Kemar with entertainment was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay incredible! We played games and he always had a smile on his face and a big wave when we saw him around the resort. We remembered him from our first trip because of how much fun he was! He was definitely oneof the reasons we did a repeat trip to Montego Bay! If I had to complain about something, it would be that some of the servers seemed to be annoyed with our presence and made it seem like a chore to serve us. (There were 4 of us) A few of the bartenders also seemed to get upset when we would order a round of drinks, especially at the pool. While some were absolutely incredible and very outgoing and attentive! You will find the good ones very quickly. We also noticed that this year when we went, they did not have all the shows at night with the dancers! We loved the shows they performed every night. They were upbeat and had incredible dance routines, music, and costumes. The steal drum band they brought in this year and the acrobatic show on the beach was amazing! Overall the resort is beautiful, the drinks are delicious, and the food is phenomenal. You get what you pay for. We booked another trip on the way out. :)

Back again at Sandals Mo Bay for another stay and it was even better than last time! They continually upgrade and remodel the flagship resort and make the experience better and better. Every team member was awesome and our butlers rocked too! We'll be back in the future!

We stayed from December 2 to December 9, 2024. Our room was a beach front walk out - Gorgeous ocean view ! - steps away from the beach side bar and three of the restaurants - The weather was 85% perfect , but for December it was perfect. - The staff was great, friendly as always. - We had a terrific time - I don't like to say this but the only let down was dinner on Sunday, December 8 at Butch's Steak house . . . the server was more like a school lunchroom lady (lacked a friendly attitude) - my steak was no where near up to standards of a quality steak house - we just didn't feel welcome that evening at dinner.
