The resort is beautiful!! But the stars of the trip were our butlers, Rushane & Okeria! They really made the trip magical! Each day they, reserved us the best spot on the beach (where they delivered lunch & cold drinks.) We returned to our room, daily, to find cheese, crackers, shrimp cocktail, fresh fruit to nibble on while, I enjoyed the bubble bath ( with floating flowers) that they had drawn for me ( and decorated the bathmat/towel) in the balcony soak tub. They kept us informed on which restaurants or tours we had for the day and walked us to dinner, seated us, in a great spot, poured water and made menu recommendations. When we returned to our room, it was fun to see how they had decorated our bed each day, when they turn down the bed. We were given a butler phone, and they were at the ready to answer questions or get us anything we needed or wanted. They also went out of their way to keep our mini fridge stocked with our preferences. I wanted to give them a shout out and post some pictures of their handiwork! It was sad to say goodbye to these two, whose huge smiles & cheerful attitudes light up the room! They crushed it!! They made the trip something I will never forget!! I highly recommend the butler service. And if you are lucky- you will get the dream team- Rushane and Okeria.

The stay, the staff, the grounds, the restaurants ..... EVERYTHING far exceeded our expectations. It was wonderful! Can't wait to go back!

Sandals Montego Bay is always is a great vacation. We have been enjoying this resort since 1989. This time we actually arrived a day before Hurricane Beryl. Many people are critical of our going when a hurricane was expected. However it was very unclear that the hurricane was going to strengthen the way it. However, I felt very safe at the resort. We stayed in our room the day of the storm and by the next morning the staff was working tirelessly to get the resort back to normal. The managers (including Duncan the Loyalty Manager)worked with staff to clean the beach and restore it to normal. As usual staff were fantastic. Our room B1B in Poinciana was great. Restaurant great. One special shout out to PETA GAY from beach service. Although we had a butler she always checked on us.. She is a definite asset to your organization. Her enthusiasm, energy and smile always made our day. I told her she should be a butler. ?? Already booked for Southcoast in January and Montego Bay next summer. ????

We have been to Jamaica several times and we decided for our 30th anniversary to do something different. We chose to go with butler service and we really enjoyed it. The 2 gentleman Swaby and Chaira were nothing short of Excellent! They were there when we needed them, they anticipated things like a snack on the beach or by the pool. They set up romantic bath, romantic dinner setup in our room. Best of all they had time to talk We never felt they were rushed and we genuinely got to talk with them and by the end of our trip we were sad to leave. They were so good and engaging we booked the exact same trip with the same 2 butlers, and the same room for next year. All the staff were friendly, the food was great. Make sure you bring mosquito repellent. The resort is across the street from the airport runway. Don't freak out. Plans come over for a limited time in the day and honestly you barely notice.

Terrible experience. Food was not great, most resturant serivce was bad and the butlers were subpar. Butlers never met us for our reservations which is fine but claimed they would. Always felt like we were an after thought for beach drinks and activities. The Cucina Roman was the worst resturant, food undercooked and waitress never came back to fill drinks or check on our meal. We had ants almost everyday in our room no matter how many times maintenance claimed they came by. Even the coffee was subpar. This was our 4th Sandals experince and really turned us off the brand.
