My stay at iberostar with my husband was amazing. The staff went out of there way to make us feel welcomed and made sure we were well tKen care of. Some of the staff that made a lasting impression and mad...e out trip extra special was : Kaydian- She is a supervisor in the buffet and she was wonderful. Whatever small problem we had she made sure it was handled. Iberostar is lucky to have her. Simone - She is another supervisor in the buffet and what drew me to her was that she always had a smile on her face which was refreshing. She knew when I was looking for something and would find it for me before I asked. We encountered other waiters and waitress that were great but Stephanie was amazing she remembered my husband likes ice in his apple juice and even when we were not seated in her section she would always come over and say hello. Tashae with the cute blue bows in her hair,she always got us seated right away and made sure we were happy. We went to the steakhouse twice and the wait staff there was great also but chef Randy was awesome. He came to our table personally to make sure we enjoyed our meal, now that's service. Lastly, when we arrived we met Shonyae who was our concierge she was so much fun, pleasant and made sure we were happy. Iberostar was a great choice and I definitely would stay again.

First to checking into the hotel was easy the lady's were on point and also the gentleman ?? They promise a room upgrade which was also Done even before the estimate time that was given. They called to mak...e sure that we were notified of the room change and that it was ready, however, when it comes to having breakfast lunch. And dinner, I could tell the Ladies were not on point. The male servers was way better. They pay more attention as for the ladies. They select the tables that they visit the most even when we tip the most if it was not for. The supervisors on duty, my table wouldn't be served. Because the supervisor and duty she had to serve us her self eventhough We were given our own waitress. I do hope that you keep these particular workers there because they know what it takes to provide good customer Service unlike for the ladies. Who are assigned to us? They had no smiles on their face. But the supervisor and the lady that walks around the Lunch room. They were so polite. They check on us so often. Even when we never needed it, they always make sure our glasses were filled with water. And we get the drink that we need. These 2 specific ladies they were not assigned to us. They make sure that we were taking care of. And that's (mis kadian) and (mis Simone)and because of these two ladies ?? ?? ?? we all Decided that we will definitely come back.But I strongly think that you guys should look at how thy treat ur guest and that's why we didn't buy Into the time shear but we are coming back in July and because of these two ladies who had proved that excellent service ?? we will definitely buy into the time shear
