May 20 – December 10, 2024 – Renovation of rooms at Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites (entire facility) and External building façade painting. Hotel services will not be affected.
June – December 10, 2024 – 1st phase of room renovation at Iberostar Rose Hall Beach (175 rooms) – Hotel Services will not be affected.
June 4 – September 24, 2024 – External building façade, painting & room balconies renovation at the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach. Hotel services will not be affected.
August 12 – November 26, 2024 - Renovation of the Buffet at Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites.
All efforts will be made to minimize impact to guests during this time.

The room we were in (Jr. Suite) was beautiful and spacious. I'd give a rating of A- for the room. The grounds were very nice, A rating there. Infinity pool was gorgeous, the beach was clean, however seagrass prevented swimming the ocean. Food was mediocre at best. The best we had was the jerked chicken from the taco truck on the beach. The I found the rest of the food just "meh". I wasn't excited about any meal. The deserts tasted like they were store bought and not a lot of flavor. If it wasn't for the jerked chicen, I'd give it a D. But with the chicken, C- Sustainability is a A+! They were excellent. I did not see anything that was one use item. Well done. Staff was good, B there. No issues. The alcohol in general was generic, non-brand name. The bartenders were not able to make some drinks that were not very common (ex. grasshopper, miami vice) and the chocolate martini was awful. Sean at the lobby bar was the notable exception. We never had a bad drink there! C- Cleanliness in the halls/corridors need some more attention. You always have people that feel like they can put down drinks/food anywhere (hate that!) but we would see that it was still there 10+ hours later. The rooms, grounds, and pools were very clean. B- Entertainment - during the day, great. Things always going on and the staff encourages everyone to participate. Night time is a different story. Karaoke was fine, but packed. Disco didn't start until 11 PM. That's all we found. There might have been more but it wasn't clear when/where it was. C.

Love this resort. This was my second time staying here and I highly recommend it. Great food! Great hospitality! Great vibes! Family friendly, very relaxing. When booking be sure there’s no events nearby, when we were leaving, Reggaefest was taking place the following day so it started to get really crowded.
