Details outlined below:
May 20 – December 10, 2024 – Renovation of rooms at Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites (entire facility) and External building façade painting. Hotel services will not be affected.
June – December 10, 2024 – 1st phase of room renovation at Iberostar Rose Hall Beach (175 rooms) – Hotel Services will not be affected.
June 4 – September 24, 2024 – External building façade, painting & room balconies renovation at the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach. Hotel services will not be affected.
August 12 – November 26, 2024 - Renovation of the Buffet at Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites.
All efforts will be made to minimize impact to guests during this time.

My home away from home

This was our third time at this resort within the last 18 months. We came for a family vacation and had the best time. Even though a lot of renovations were going on you didn’t know. Yes our usual buffet was closed but the other one was just a plentiful. What I loved about dinner was we were able to try all the fine dining restaurants which was great. They had lots of activities on the beach day and night and still had the shows that are usually in the auditorium just in the sports bar. While every single member of the staff couldn’t have been nicer I want to shout out to a few that went above and beyond: Kiki, Yannick, Amanda, Chocolate Mr. Nice, Sheneika, Doreen, Taneka. They took such great care of us. As for our room WELL! I was trying to book our usual that overlooks the pool and couldn’t. When I got there I saw it was being renovated so I thought ok no biggie. They had in 3329 and 3330. Oceanfront!!! What a gorgeous view and room. The staff that takes care of the room and refills the fridge were spectacular! I even got a chocolate on my pillow at turndown. We didn’t want to leave. ?? We can’t wait to go back in the spring and see how everyone is and how everything looks.
Not worth it

My family, friends and I, stayed at both the Selection and Joia Rose Hall property Sun 9/22-Sun 9/29. I had a room at both properties, rooms 3417 (selection) and 5327(Joia). Although I booked the room at Joia until 9/29, I left on 9/28 leaving my roommate to return home. I stayed at the Selection side with my husband and children and we were not impressed. The property truly needs to be shut down until the renovation is completed. I was very concerned about the mold and mildew, not to mention the leaking ceilings. My daughter as well as myself were heavily congested and I knew it was because of mold. The quality of the food was subpar. The jerk chicken, hamburgers, and fries were my family's go-to meals. Breakfast was good. Your staff were very nice and accommodating. The Selection Suites Steakhouse was disappointing. You can see the comparison of the lobster tails from the selection suites vs Joia as shown in the pictures. I travel quite frequently and I am an agent, I know quality, but this is not it. I really wanted to love the property overall and host a family reunion there. The Joia property is the only suitable area but children are not allowed. The Selection Suites is not worth risking my family's health.
