May 20 – December 10, 2024 – Renovation of rooms at Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites (entire facility) and External building façade painting. Hotel services will not be affected.
June – December 10, 2024 – 1st phase of room renovation at Iberostar Rose Hall Beach (175 rooms) – Hotel Services will not be affected.
June 4 – September 24, 2024 – External building façade, painting & room balconies renovation at the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach. Hotel services will not be affected.
August 12 – November 26, 2024 - Renovation of the Buffet at Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites.
All efforts will be made to minimize impact to guests during this time.

Stay away from the welcome breakfast !!!!! It is an opportunity for them to sell you vacation club package took two hours of our time !They promised us a $100 gift card which can only be spent on the property . Trying to leave became very stressful and was a turn off !!!

ok I went to this hotel for my nieces wedding, and it was HORRIBLE! First off Sean at the front desk was RUDE.the car service representative was DISGUSTING on Saturday 7/13/2024. she had to finish her conversation with her friends at the other 2 desk before she dealt with company business. Don't get me started on the Coffee Shop, I got coffee 2 times a day from Friday 07/12/2024 thru 07/17/2024 and THEY NEVER SAY GOOD MORNING OR EVEN HELLO. I would say good morning and they would respond OH HELLO like it was a chore or was bothering them. the A/C wasn't working, my Neice wedding the Bridesmaids were sweating through there dresses, and the reception was in the Italian restaurants. so why wasn't the A/C working? you ask them about the A/C working for my trip duration not just the wedding and they WOULD SHRUGG THERE SHOULDERS. These hotel workers need a class in hospitality because they have no clue.now the Wedding Coordinator was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. SHE DID AN AMAZING JOB! So. it was not fault of hers that the A/C didn't work in the Italian restaurant. Then another night tried to go to the steak and seafood restaurant, of course it was CLOSED, not even on there app that you look at to see what's going on. The smokehouse , food was DISGUSTING!!!!. THE ASIAN/ JAPANESE Restaurant was ok BUT the service was slow. I mean we waiting over an hour for our food. NOW THE GREEK RESTAURANT... OMG FOOD AND SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! Now back to the rude and uncomfortable accommodations and staff, the staff do not speak to you. you ask a question and the GO I DON'T KNOW, OR JUST NO, THEY DONT DO 'T SPEAK TO YOU AS THEY PSS YOU IN THE HALLWAY. THIS HOTEL IS OUTDATED! NOW I WAS OUT BY THE GRILL AND STOOD THERE FOR 10 MINUTES TO GET JERK CHICKEN BECAUSE THE CHEF WAS TRYING TO GET HIS MACK ON. COULDN'T DO HIS JOB FOR TRYING TO FLIRT WITH THIS YOUNG LADY. THIS PLACE IS ALL AROUND SAD! I WILL STOP AT THIS, IF YOU WANT A BEAUTIFUL STAY NO MATTER WHAT RESORT.... STAY AT SANDALS!!!! HANDS DOWN IT IS NO COMPARISON! PLESE PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY THIS PLACE IS TRASH!!!!
