This place was all we wanted it to be! We went for our 25th anniversary. The resort has some great restaurants wonderful cocktails and friendly staff. Small enough to be intimate large enough to get a lit...tle lost. Our favorite bartenders were Tevin Derek and Syd. Our butlers were AMAZING and very attentive Samson Eric and Cedric knocked it out of the park! The water is beautiful here and we just loved the laid back atmosphere.

We felt the whole time as if the staff hated their life. They wouldn’t even smile. They made you feel so uncomfortable. The bartenders would flat out ignore you and when they did acknowledge you when you ...jumped in front of them, they made you feel so horrible for ordering anything. The girls in the pink sweet treat truck were the worst. When you would say good morning she would just stare at you. They were always out of coffee, and any of the ingredients to go into a crêpe. The snack truck was always out of conks for the conk fritters. When the bar ran out of something, they certainly didn’t go run and get more for example mint for Mojitos. Bailey for mudslides. When I was at the private islands, the bars closed two hours before the ferry came to pick you up. When I went to the front desk to double check on the time that the bar is supposed to be open. It was indeed supposed to be open, but the workers just closed it down when they wanted to.. when I first arrived. We were told to make reservations at the three restaurants that required them. They told us that there was no availability for our entire stay, which I then replied it was unacceptable. I told them to keep working on it because we already paid and they happily took our money so they better find us reservations. Everything is a fight. No one wants to go on vacation and have to fight and argue over things you’ve already paid for. Towels and washcloths were a complete disaster the entire time we were there. It took five different people over two days to get towels and washclothss. Complaining to management did not help. Their response to me was I really wish we had some towels and washcloths to give you. When we did finally get some, we followed the directions and hung them up and they still took them. We were back to square one. Honestly this is a three star resort at best. Choose another sandals resort. I’m going to next time.

Amazing location, great food, kind people. Worth every penny. Would definitely return. Drinks are delicious.

My husband and I spent a week at Sandals Royal Bahamian, celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary, and we loved every minute! Our Butlers, Logesh and Dominique, took great care to deliver an amazing lev...el of service, even decorating our balcony and room for our anniversary dinner! Their personalized attention to detail was the best! The resort has great restaurants, bars, and a wide variety of spaces and places to experience, from the party pool to the quieter pool, all enjoyable. We were impressed with the cleanliness, friendly staff (the ladies at the Sweets N Tings food truck even sang Happy Anniversary to us one morning) and gym was amazing!!! The whole week was carefree, stress-free, and memorable. We will definitely be back next year!!!
