Overall a great experience, there were a couple of things that could be improved, we encountered some rude staff at Tesoro but that was not the norm. Shout out to Jason and Philip at the piano bar they wer...e amazing. Every time we had any interaction with Static and Justin it was a blast. Did have a few problems with towel shortage however it was resolved quickly through the Gina app.

There are many great things about this resort but there are also some mediocre things. First, the Aralia house (on the island) is the best lunch spot. Our waitress, Shawnelle, was perfect! She waited on us... twice of the three times we went to the island. She is well spoken and delivered our food as ordered. This was not a common occurrence- a couple places lacked the hospitality that we are accustomed to at sandals. Our orders were either half right or very late. Like they forgot about us. This had not happened to us at any other sandals so it was surprising. The next downside was the coffee (I love morning coffee) and normally sandals had a dedicated coffee shop at their resorts. This was the exception- a small food truck was the coffee shop and honestly the coffee was not good. As mentioned the food was just ok. The best thing was Soy- sushi and aralia. I think they need a little redo on this resort in the near future. We love sandals and will continue to visit various locations.

Incredible resort. We had a beach view on the top floor of the east bay room 614. The view was breathtaking and we felt it was worthwhile. Amazing food. Loved the surf and turf and didn't have a bad me...al there. We had our butlers deliver lunch to the sunbeds most days which was great. The sweet truck was fab with Crepes and icecream. Disappointing that the whole week we were there we couldn't get a latte. The machine was broken. Found this shocking for the luxury resort, why is there only one coffee machine?! Would expect to be able to order a latte with my breakfast in the main restaurant. Same with pizza oven, broken for 5 days. That said, it did not detract from the stay. It was wonderful, service everywhere was exceptional. Fully stocked mini bar, quality cocktails with top shelf brands, quick service and just can't ask for more (other than a latte). Private island was beautiful too and boats go back and forth all day.

-This was a 10 night stay for our Honeymoon, and Sandals did not disappoint, we had an amazing time with wonderful service and such friendly staff and other guests. We have to commend all members of staff..., there was never a day that we were not greeted with a friendly smile , a special mention to our housemaid Agreele who cleaned our room to a very high standard on a daily basis, we stayed in the West Bay 1118 club level on the ground floor, this was useful as so close to the pool. We had no problem getting sunbeds around either pools or on the beach, it was all about timing, we would choose the beach location in the morning then have lunch then find a space in the afternoon around the pool, We found the staff at the pool bars quick to serve us from the moment we approached the bar. The private island made a nice escape should you require that peace and tranquility, finding that little hideaway over there was idilic,nice little restaurant and pool . The restaurants were good and obviously the reservation ones a cut above the rest, but once you had eaten in there once you could rebook, of which we had no problem getting reservations again it is about what time you want to eat to how you can get a slot. We were Club level so the concierge was very useful,worth paying that little extra. We would also like to say a special thank you to all the American and Canadian guests that we met during our stay such wonderful people so friendly , The piano bar was great and Jason and Philip brilliant bartenders. Overall our stay was fantastic, memorable and so enjoyable,we highly recommend Sandals ,Royal Bahamian We look forward to booking and seeing you all again soon.

Why do I do Sandals Royal Bahamian for many reasons…the beauty of the resort, guest services, beverages, entertainment, private island, and sincere hospitality teams that care about the guest. We want for... nothing at this resort the rooms are beautiful and clean . The pools are just stunning and beaches of the Bahamas. This is a luxury resort without all the complications of figuring out what you can and can not afford to go because it’s all at your fingertips. Some folks get a Bulter why I am not sure because you can anything you need to eat or drink anytime. The private island is a 5 min boat ride off the beach its pristine natural areas to explore. Even if the bar is crowded Gary makes sure you have a beverage at your fingertips. The restaurants are all there be patient and you will get to try all of them. Two food trucks serve coffee and pastries and the other truck serves Conch specials and other food choices. You will never be bored with all the entertainment each evening and Leslie has a new feature each night. We love each day and all the surprises they put in the day with special cocktails or special foods. The Club Sandals Manager Sandra gives her team such great responses to each guest. They make sure no one is sitting around waiting for their anything at anytime. Everyone goes to the highest levels to continue all the details of the luxury vacation. Cable Beach is just beautiful and the pier has seats to watch the ocean ??. At night it is so beautiful with the palm trees and lava fires along the pools. I am grateful to have the opportunity of Sandals in Bahamas ???? This was a special trip because everyone worked so hard to put together a beautiful vacation. I can not imagine going any other property beyond SRB. The bar is high with luxury resorts and I am certain you will feel like it meant all your expectations .
