Standard rooms are small, outdated and not the cleanest . After speaking to the manager she kindly moved us to a much bigger room and ensured it was thoroughly cleaned - this was after speak to the male re...ceptionist who wasn’t interested at all in my concerns I raised . The hotel is tired and the lifts were filthy / it’s a shame as it’s in a great spot and with a good clean it would make all the difference .

Booked for my birthday weekend, the hotel oversold and didn’t have a room, it was a holiday weekend and the manager Ari did not put any effort into making this correct. They could have easily found another... location in the neighborhood so we did not miss my birthday dinner.
