Understaffed, takeaway brekfast, no answer when we asked for compensation! Ordered 50 roses, did not get them!!!

They advertised with BREKFAST, but when we arrived TAKEAWAY from the other side of town was the option… The reason why we ordered this understaffed place was brekfast at the hotel. When I suggested compansation: Reduce the expance of delivery to the hotel 6 5 U S D!, they did not answer!!! I felt also sorry for staff at the reception who worked ALONE the most shift.
STILL NO REFUND - AVOID THIS HOTEL

I have been waiting for a refund after cancelling my booking with this hotel well over a month ago. I was pre charged the full amount for a 10 night stay months before we were due to travel and after cancelling I have had no response from the email provided on booking.com and no update on when this refund will be processed although it was well within the supposedly “free cancellation” window. I am hugely disappointed with the lack of response from the hotel and will continue to make efforts to get in touch until my refund is issued. This is a disgraceful way to treat customers and I will be telling anyone I know who is travelling to New York to avoid this appalling place.
