Staff super lovely, especially Mo on reception and Erik on valet. Hotel basic but nice. Pool was lovely and clean and they have clean towels on demand. Rooms basic but comfy just a shame nowhere to hang clothes in the room. Kids loved the water park section.

What a brilliant location and hotel, staff are friendly and helpful , their own pool I love and their hot tub is very toasty. The water park on site isnt too bad either. Not ate food here so can't comment on that but from what I've seen doesn't look too bad. On site store is expensive but handy for those urgent items you may need. Starbucks isn't too bad tho and hotel guests get a discount within the premises. Transportation we purchased a 14 day i-trolly pass and it was handy one end of idrive to the next drivers are all helpful and friendly too. If needing a cab we found Lyft to be more reliable and cheaper such as city walk was only around $7 compared to Ubers $15

We are here at the moment very comfortable beds , rooms clean , nice white fluffy towels , we have microwave, coffee maker , iron and ironing board and hair dryer in our room , all staff very nice although a couple have struggled with the language barrier, we are here for two weeks combined with a wedding there is no wardrobes or hanging space we just asked at desk they brought all three of our family rooms a hanging rail with hangers problem solved , everyone loves the pools which we have found clean plenty of sunbeds and chairs and pool towels , there is laundrette on site , a gym, shop , bar , food outlet , Starbucks, yes rooms are a little dated but we do not have issue with this as it doesn't stop us getting a goodnight sleep .

After multiple trips to Orlando and staying on International drive we booked thinking this would be the perfect family hotel. We arrived at the hotel from the UK and were immediately dissatisfied with our choice, but decided as we wasn’t planning on spending much time there we would suck it up! (Lesson learnt) The room smelt of cigarettes and mould, we had no opening window and our swimwear took 14 business days to dry as the room was full of damp. Guests were smoking weed/cigarettes and vaping around the pool and children with staff turning a blind eye. We couldn’t wait to get out of the room in the morning! None of the maids (who rock up at any point throughout the day or night or not at all) spoke English and trying to ask for a toilet roll, the bin to be emptied is impossible and frustrating. As our holiday was due to come to an end hurricane Milton hit, closing the airport and extending our stay. Advice from virgin was to stay where we were whilst they were working behind the scenes. Coco Key had other plans and decided to throw us on the morning of the hurricane as they apparently not heard from Virgin. I’m assuming to sell the room for four times the price for local people who needed to evacuate their homes. Coco key had zero sympathy and said we were Virgins problem not theirs (whilst me and my daughter were in tears). We left the hotel with no where to go and in extremely stressful and dangerous circumstances. Thankfully Virgin found us emergency accommodation. I have no idea how Virgin is still providing guests to this ghetto! An embarrassment to Orlando and International Drive, avoid at all costs, please!

Booked virgin so all fees waved. Been our 2nd visit to this hotel we knew what to expect a clean safe place to sleep and use as a Base for our trip. Also it's been renovated to a high standard since our last visit. The hotel is very family focused and friendly special mention to the guys out the front greeting us everytime we were dropped off or walking in it really adds to the feel of the hotel. Waterpark is excellent and with good bar prices and promotions it was a nice place to relax. We were there during the hurricane milton the whole situation was handled by the manager so well he personally would walk to each group of people and explain everything very very good and well done. The hotel in general also did well that night disco karaoke until it was not safe to do so, keeping all minds at rest was the whole thing was very well managed. It's our 2nd time here will not be our last. If I need to pick up on something the rooms lack more clothing storage. We lived out of our cases because of this.
