Arrived and checked in within 5 minutes. Room 1217 overlooking outdoor pool. Enough room for 2 of us, with Coffee Machine, Microwave, Fridge, Iron and Board and a safe. Ideal base for all parks and amenities within the area. Staff and Management (Mo) we encountered were all helpful and approachable. Did not use the water park but it looked like all using the facility were enjoying it. Will return next year for definite.

The company was well organized the tour from starting to the end and I really enjoyed it especially my wife, she was so interesting for the tour that make me to feel so proud for the tour guide, I cannot recommend this tour enough, don't hesitate to book with them at any point

What a wonderful hotel for families. My children loved playing in the amazing water park & the staff were so friendly and always happy to help. The breakfast in the mornings was delicious. The hotel even put on an indoor children’s party & disco with lots of activities for when the weather was really bad. Thank you Coco Key & especially to ‘Erik’ who greeted us with the biggest smile every time & always helped us with our bags. Best hotel we have ever stayed at.

Having just returned from 10 days staying at COCO Key Hotel. This is a nice hotel and was just what we needed. Plenty of space in the room, nice comfortable beds, coffee machine, safe, fridge, extremely cold air con (but needed) Plenty of pillows. The only small negative was the floor needed a proper clean. The hotel is in a great location for all parks and plenty of places to eat, drink and shop with walking distance.

Perfect hotel for families! We arrived with our two year old on 29th October. The lady that checked us in was helpful and accommodating. Our room was lovely, had all amenities needed such as safe, mini fridge, hot water dispenser, microwave and hairdryer. We were barely in the room due to going to the parks but the rooms were always cleaned with bed sheets and towels changed daily. We also had an ordeal whereby our keycards wouldn’t let us in our room but maintenance were relatively quick and sorted this out within half an hour of noticing the issue. Staff were always friendly and helpful, we didn’t use the water park or cafe so cannot comment on these however from what we saw, seems perfect for families. Parking was free for hotel guests which was amazing and discounts were given to guests as well which was a nice treat. Hotel WiFi was brilliant - I had to do a UK uni exam whilst out and the WiFi didn’t drop once! My only complaint would be that the floors were never clean so you would get dirty feet unless you walked with shoes on. Other than this, perfect hotel and are looking to come back in April 2027!!
