We've stayed on international drive before but a different hotel. My 5 year old loved the water park, it was nice during the week when the 'long stay' holiday makers where In it but the weekends fetched r...ude and ignorant weekend stayers. We had kids knocking on the door in the night, people running up and down the hall ways at stupid o'clock in the morning. The hotel on the outside looks lovely however the rooms have no storage and is very dated. The beds are old, with a painted headboard. The facilities inside the rooms were all In working order but it desperately needs new furniture, there's a pole in the bathroom for clothes and you have 3 hangers...so fetch your own coat hangers. The food inside the hotel is expensive, i personally wouldn't recommend the breakfast as the price is so expensive and there's nit that much variety. Our Aircon stopped working at 8pm and after phoning the reception (who don't answer) we walked to reception in the end and it was fixed within the hour...very grateful for the maintenance staff for that! Although it was an okay stay, I wouldn't stay again because of the people it fetches in on the weekends. You also have to wear a rist band for the 2 weeks stay which we didn't get informed about and you also have to put a deposit down which we also didn't get told about by virgin holidays.

There is a list of things that were terrible. FIY only a two night stay and never again 1) Front Desk agent ( Super Rude) and we waited 2 hrs for a room to become "available" while I was charging $50.00 fo...r early check in. I was finally given a room at 4:30pm. 2) Doubled booked my room, additional guest walked into my room while I was NAKE 3) Front desk never answered the phones to address the issue, so I had to walk to the reception area with the man that walked into my room. Super humiliating and embarrassing. I had to sleep with chair in front of the door to make sure if someone walked into my room I would at lease hear them come in. 4) They deactivated the room key, again back to the reception area. 5) They forget to mention that part of there propriety has NO ELEVATORS so I ran around from building to building looking for the elevators, until finally an employee notified me. 6) NO Security anywhere 7) Room and Towels we're dirty and yellow, shower head had mold 8) Furniture was old and dirty I have pictures for proof The positives, FYI all three are outside companies 1) Starbucks on property 2) Valet service was amazing 3) Gift shop inside was well stocked with essentials

Hotel is brilliant, rooms are large, very clean and the air-conditioning works well no smell. Beds comfy but pillows not so much. Staying (go home tomorrow) in block 6 on the 5th floor which is great be...cause nobody walking past the window as with other rooms. Waterpark is brilliant, something for all ages, kids have had a ball and lifeguards in all areas. Small pool has no lifeguard, gated and plenty of sunbeds. Towels provided in both the pool and waterpark. Location is easy for getting around, plenty of shops, buses. The hotel itself has a lovely icecream/smoothie shop, Starbucks, gifts hope as well as places to eat. All the staff are very friendly throughout the hotel.

Clean room, water park very nice and clean, price good, excellent and attentive personal, close to other attractions of Orlando, everything nice only bad the weather but bar and arcade save the day, fast ...check inn and checkout, food and options inside hotel very good

The hotel is amazing friendly staff and great waterpark for the kids with film nights by the pool .Good restaurants and bars close by.Rooms cleaned everyday .WiFi works all over the hotel.Only gave 4 star...s because of lack of storage for clothes would recommend getting rid of the chair and replacing with wardrobe. Would definitely recommend and will be returning soon.
