Great room! We were five adults, enough room for all of us. We were there for one night we just got off our cruise and decided to stay another day and explore Universal Studios so we really didn't get to e...njoy everything this resort had to offer. Since we were going to drive back the next day. Next time we come back we defiantly will book more days.

This hotel was extremely dirty. We checked in and were in our room for 20 minutes and immediately requested our money back and left. They refused to refund us until my husband threatened to call the health... department. They did eventually refund us all of our money. I would not recommend staying here. The pictures don’t do it justice. Also not only was the room disgusting but it reeked of chlorine, to the point we all had headaches after being in there a short period of time. We didn’t use the waterpark. But can only imagine how dirty it must have been based on the cleanliness of our room. Also the phone in our room didn’t work so I couldn’t contact the front desk, and the crib they brought for My child looked like it had been through hell and back, the drawers in the bedroom were broken and kept sliding open.

Only complaint was my room wasn't ready on time. Check in was at 4pm but I couldn't get to my room until after 6pm. The desk staff did provide $25 credit for food and $50 credit toward the room to compensa...te for the room but with kids it was difficult for them to wait.

Very friendly and energetic atmosphere. Food was great at all the restaurants, loved the dj at the pool and plenty of interactive games the staff put on. Room was located in the center of all activities. L...ocation to all theme parks was amazing 15 minutes from Disney and Universal.

Great stay! Helpful, friendly staff, clean, organized, and Lange who does so many of the activities is amazing. We would recommend any time! It was our children’s first time visiting Florida from Vermont, ...and it helped to have so many attractions right at the resort so we didn’t have to leave if they were exhausted.
