it all started at karaoke. She had a rule that only five people could be on stage and we are trying to help three little toddlers and there was one of us for each so there was six of us. She saw that there were six names and refused to let us all on stage so a little kid was crying. She did not care. argentine at the end of the night she wouldn’t let us sing one more song center though it was already in the suggestion box. And she said that the rest of the songs in the box could’ve sung. But they removed area from the box and said we sang to many songs at karaoke night. By the way it was only ate three families and two more. And everyone already had a turn.

Zoe at the front desk was very helpful and sweet when I was checking in. Nice and clean spacious room, lots to do and not far from other Orlando attractions. I was also a “chosen family” of the day and got a room credit to use for food/amenities!!

This was a really fun property. If you just ask our kids, they would give it two thumbs up. We enjoyed the activities and the pool. Definitely the best splashpad/water slide we have seen at a hotel. We were disappointed that some of the restaurants were never open and what was open was pretty expensive for the quality ($27 for three small cups of ice cream!). The hotel was also quite run down with many things needing repair (ice machines, one of the water slides, an exit sign hanging by a wire).

Stayed here for 2 nights to hit a few Disney parks. Upon arrival, they held my bag, and then called a taxi for me to get to the park, it was a friend in an unofficial taxi, who charged me $36 (including tip), an Uber is $15. The front desk team was nice. The room had drywall all over the floor. Kitchen was poorly stocked. I tried to call the front desk, the phone wasn't plug in to anything, there was no cord to the wall, it was just a phone floating freely. There was mold on the plug in on the wall. The shampoo and conditioner was on the wall, but the thing they use to hold it wasn't done up. There are 2 pools, they are open 9am - 9pm. The hotel site is HUGE! Luckily the Uber would pick us up at the other end. The bed was very comfy and the sheets were nice. I wouldn't book this place again.
