Waterpark was great for the kids. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Activities for the kids were great. Food choices were fine. Facilities at the pool area for food and drinks we...re very good. Lifeguards were very attentive.

We had a great stay. Jessica in particular was very helpful planning our excursions, including transportation to and from Disney. She and the rest of the staff were always available to help us. Our kids lo...ved the pool and water slides. Thank you, Jessica!
Good with the bad

Hot water ran out on us a couple of times. The towels got delivered incorrectly a couple of times. The hotel store overcharged us instead of an exchange on an item that was already purchased but returned t...he money for the item. No place is perfect so I was satisfied with my overall stay!
Worth the stay even with the construction

There was a lot of construction on site but the staff were very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions or requests that we had. The text responses were particularly quick and convenient. Reas...onably priced rooms and a fun pool/waterpark area.

Everything was great! Staff was kind and courteous and accommodating. Very nice people! Would highly recommend to anyone traveling with kids. Our kids had a blast in the pool and on the waterslides. Pools...ide bartender and server were awesome and food was good.
