My family of six and I stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to Miami. As a travel agent, I make it a point to personally experience properties I might recommend to clients, and since this is a Dis...ney Good Neighbor Hotel, it was high on my list to try. The check-in process, unfortunately, was tedious. I waited in line for over 30 minutes and was surprised by the number of questions asked just to get our room keys. Once we made the drive to our room—which is a bit of a distance from the main check-in building—our keys didn’t work. Thankfully, Orlando, the head of engineering, happened to be nearby. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly and get us settled in, which we really appreciated. The room itself was fine for a short stay. It was reasonably clean, though the floors could have used more attention. Noise from adjacent rooms was louder than expected, with banging and loud talking continuing throughout the night. The thermostat wouldn’t go below 70°F, which made the room uncomfortably warm at times, and the ceiling fan was ineffective. The highlight of the stay was definitely the water park, which did not disappoint. The kids had a great time, though we did run into an unfortunate issue—my daughter kept diving for “treasure” and came up with gum, hair, and other debris that should have been cleaned out. Overall, it was a decent quick stopover. Would I stay here again? Probably not. Would I recommend it to clients? Possibly—with full disclosure about both the pros and the cons. The water park is a strong selling point for families with young kids, but there are a few areas where the hotel could improve.

Nice room, great parking and location, fear for the rate and best pool in town. Well keept, lot of rooms, close to all that you need in Orlando Florida. Little mall inside. The personal treat you well. We ...been staying there for the last 4 years to attend special Olympics event.

Staff super friendly, cleanness in the room. The only inconvenience was only one entrance to the pool area and been with my dad and mom that have disabilities was a really long walk, but everything else wa...s amazing,looking forward to stay again.

Rooms could be more detail cleaned like lamps had build up dirt. And needs more food options in the market place. We were sad to not see the buffet open for diner as we always would go when we come here. W...e visit every year for the last 9 years ?? kids love it.
