Let me start by saying that God is amazing. My husband, myself and our 2 children booked a package and flight hotel through priceline as a package deal and booked this amazing hotel for the convenience of all in one. Our flights were cancelled from Naahville, TN due to the Microsoft outage. We booked a rental and drive right in. 10 hrs mind you. You can imagine our frustration. Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles and open arms. Lanisha and Ashlee front desk were amazing angels. So pleasant and friendly which allowed for a seamless checkin process. Very knowledgeable of the amenities and even acknowledged my birthday. This will forever be our new home. away from home. They assets to this brand.

best deal ! Even if you stay one night you will get a 2 day express pass to Universal. We arrived early , and expected to have the pass but were able to get the room at 9 am ! the rooms are great and the structure is amazing. We ordered room service and it was perfect, the person who served us was amazing and kids were astonished. totally worth it !

We were disappointed with this hotel having just come from a Disney hotel. The cost at Loews was a lot more and we were expecting it to show. The hotel was extremely busy and staff were not accommodating or friendly. We felt like a problem to be solved rather than ‘guests’. The room was fine but two sinks would be good in a family room. The room was extremely dirty when and we ended up cleaning it ourselves. The proximity to the park is an advantage but the boat service was busy and it is quicker to walk than wait.

So this is my second time staying at this resort. First time I will say was just a little bit better than this time. When we arrived, which was about 10 am (and I knew wouldn't be able to check in that early), the woman registering us gave us temporary keys that could be used at the parks. We then went to the park and returned to the hotel around 3:45. Our room was not ready and this time the rep told us that we could still access the club lounge as we had a club level room. I wish the first rep had told us this as I would have went to the lounge first before hitting the parks. Around 5 pm I received a text saying our room was ready, but I would have to go back downstairs to get different keys. This was a lot of running around just to get access to our room. There should be a way where club level guest are able to do get keys at the club level. So, of course when I went downstairs, I had to wait in line again. I was paying club level prices, but did not feel like I was being treated as a club level guest. We had a 2 queen room, again staying on club level I expected more, but room wasn't that impressive. The club level lounge was ok, breakfast was the same each day and as others have noted no hot item for breakfast. It was the same breakfast each day. The evening options did change so that was good. Desserts were ok. And you can't beat the soda, mild and water they have available through out the day. Location can't be beat. Beautiful walk to the parks or you can take the boat. Pool was wonderful and I would like to mention Isabella who was our server at the pool. She was great and answered any questions I had.

Stayed here for a night, purely for the express passes. Room was ok, wouldn’t say it’s a premier hotel room though. Not a massive issue, but the tv didn’t work in our room. Very noisy corridors. Could hear everything. Would book again just not bother using the room
