Honestly never thought I would leave a review like this , because of all the good memories I have had at this hotel but unfortunately they do. Not give any mid to return customers and members that book thr...ough universal website , honestly won’t be coming back , I hope they can change my mind

The check in process was great easy and smooth. The room was fresh & clean. The lobby was serene and our group liked the gift shops. We went to the pool the kids had fun. Our room service was good. The qui...ck service breakfast was excellent coffee good.

This hotel was just OK. I feel like it is overpriced for what you get. The rooms are kind of rundown. We stayed in this hotel to get tickets to the new epic universe. Although the hotel is very convenien...t and walkable or you can ride in a water taxi to Universal. It is not worth the money they charge in my opinion. The hotel staff was very friendly. They need to give out better directions to maneuver around their hotel. We ordered room service on two occasions because it was pouring down rain outside and the wait for the restaurant was over an hour. We were on hold for the longest time to get the food. Then they told you to call a number so they can come back and get the cart. It was well until the next morning when they picked up the cart. The cart was cute and made a little table and it did come to the room with a great presentation if that makes sense. We opted out of room service (housekeeping) as we were just staying for two nights. We were really only in the room to sleep and then we were at the theme park all day. The hotel was nice enough to hold your luggage while you are at the theme park. Those boys have this service down to the teeth. Would I stay at this hotel again? No, not even if it was free. I just was not impressed.

This is a very tired and dated hotel! Rooms are in need of updating and there is a damp musty smell in the corridors and rooms. The carpets in the hallway are brown with orange flowers on! Look like someth...ing from 1970’s when those colours fashionable! We stayed here to get the “free” express passes and that would be the only reason to stay here. It’s not really free as rooms are very expensive. Bedding seems old too, clean but needs replacing. Beds were comfortable though, we will give them that as a positive and the staff were helpful. But for the price paid I’d expect a bit more of a luxurious experience and we came away feeling underwhelmed. Things like coffee in room are also in very short supply, the tv is not a smart tv and also seems dated. Thankfully we were only in the room for a short while. Definitely needs some upgrading.

Fantastic stay yet again. Breakfast buffet was great, beds sublime! Power shower with two heads was lovely after a long day in the parks. For such a big hotel it is so peaceful. Can’t fault a single thing ...will be back again and recommend to anyone coming to universal.
