Julian made our morning with his positive attitude and amazing service The restaurant should have more employees like him. The food was delicious. We ate dinner there twice and breakfast once. We highl...y recommend this restaurant to all!!!!
Customer service is a joke

Our plans changed and I had to cancel beach cabana rentals. After 2 weeks and no refund, they told me it got "stuck in the system " and they would manually refund my money. Instead of a refund, I was charg...ed for 2 more days. They now owe me $644.96, and NO ONE answers the phone. I have emailed the activities desk 6 times with no response. I will obviously be disputing with my credit card, but we were repeat visitors who will never go back.
