The final phase for the Swan Guest Room redesign will commence the week of April 8th and will be completed by end of January 2025. Upon completion, ALL Swan Guest rooms will have been redesigned and updated.
The Swan guest room redesign features notable upgrades including new wood laminate flooring, new furniture, 65” flat screen TVs, updates to soft goods and enhancements to guest room bathrooms as well.
Work will take place daily between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., when the majority of guests are out of their rooms--each section of rooms being worked on will be placed out of order. Additionally, the guest rooms on the floor directly below where the work is being done will also be placed out of order to minimize noise impact.

Guests will receive daily 30 mins early access to all 4 Disney Theme parks as well as stay up to two hours after regular closing at select Disney Theme Parks on select evenings.
Guests need to check with Disney Guest Services upon arrival for parks and times.
Exclusive dedicated and continuous luxury motorcoach transportation direct from our hotels to Magic Kingdom® Park, Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park, and Disney Springs®. One bus per theme park running approximately every 20-30 minutes.

Scrubbed the bathroom myself

I guess if you choose to stay at a Walt Disney hotel, you may not care about things like horrible odors emanating from the bathroom, but I’m forced to be here for a convention and I do care. The odor hit me as soon as I walked in to the room. Smelled like a damp rag had been left in a closet for a year. I couldn’t identify the source without gagging. Called the manager, and if you’ve been to a Marriott, you know that takes at least four transfers to get a live person. Anjali promised prompt housekeeping, and then told me there were no rooms available for me to change (isn’t check out at 11 AM and check in at 3 PM? How could they still be cleaning for check-in at 5PM? So everyone checking in after me has to wait for a room?). Plan was to have housekeeping come and detoxify the bathroom, which had to be done no matter who stayed in this room and arrange for a room change later this evening. Fast forward 90 minutes-no housekeeping, no room update. I sat in a corner chair with nothing unpacked waiting and gagging. Another call to management with no results. I finally gave up, used all my Lysol wipes and my very expensive perfume to disinfect the bathroom as best I could. I have never cleaned another tub other than my own, let alone in a hotel. Unbelievable. If I didn’t have to stay here for this conference, I wouldn’t be here. I certainly don’t recommend anyone else stay here. And now I have to find a store to restock on wipes.

What an awesome stay. We arrived very early and it was easy to store our bags. Our room was ready a little before 2. When we got back to the hotel getting our keys was painless and we had our bags and were in our room in 10 minutes. And what a room 1201 is! Many of the rooms have been completely renovated, floor to ceiling. This room was no different. Everything seemed fresh and very clean. But the kicker was the other half of the suite. The room had a full grand piano, kitchen, dining room table and additional sitting area. We couldn’t believe it. Beyond that the restaurants are amazing, especially Rosa Mexicano in the Dolphin - which is a part. If you go there ask for Karen at breakfast. 20+ years working for Marriott. She knows how to make you feel at home. I stay here 3-4 times per year and strongly recommend anyone - family or couples alike, consider these hotels. You are entitled to all the benefits of a Disney deluxe resort and are considered on property all while earning Marriott points if that’s your thing.
