Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin resort guests can enjoy Extra Magic Hours.
Guests will receive daily 30 mins early access to all 4 Disney Theme parks as well as stay up to two hours after regular closing at select Disney Theme Parks on select evenings.
Guests need to check with Disney Guest Services upon arrival for parks and times.
Complimentary and continuous transportation to Magic Kingdom® Park, Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park, and Disney Springs®. One bus per theme park running approximately every 20-30 minutes.
Disney’s Water Taxis providing transportation to Epcot® and Disney's Hollywood Studios® (or guests can take a leisurely stroll to the entrance of these theme parks as well)

Lovely location but shame about the bathroom standard and size, plus other issues

Great Location and lovely communal areas , But That’s Where It Ends The Swan Disney Hotel is in a fantastic location—close to the parks, great views, and easy access to everything. Sadly, that’s about the... only thing it gets right. The bathrooms are tiny and very dated—I’ve had more space and comfort on cruise ships. Definitely not what you’d expect at this price. We paid $12 for a fruit salad by the pool, and after a long wait, all we got was a bowl of melon. No variety, no effort, just overpriced disappointment. When I asked for a duvet cover for my daughter’s pull-out bed, housekeeping dropped off the duvet and cover separately and left them on the bed—as if we were expected to make it ourselves. Despite the website claiming the pools are heated, all of them were freezing. And we weren’t the only ones complaining. Room cleaning was basic and always late in the day. When it did, it was very basic—certainly not up to standard for a hotel of this caliber. The most frustrating part? The hotel doesn’t seem to care. It feels like they know they’ll stay booked because of the Disney name, so feedback and complaints are met with indifference. Would not stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless you only care about location and are willing to accept a subpar experience.

I've stayed here with my family a couple of times. This most recent was a bit more complicated bc of multiple reservations made at different times for different people in my family but the hotel did a grea...t job of keeping everything in order and making sure our rooms were close to each other. Additionally, a shout out to Danny who helped us with our insane number of bags multiple times. Incredibly patient, professional and helpful. Looking forward to my next visit.
