Stale smelling, loud room, in a maze of old buildings. This is a time share not a normal hotel. I don’t understand why anyone would stay here given all the nice hotels closer to Disney. They got us with th...e cheap offer that came in the mail with pretty pictures. I thought it was a new hotel and the gimmick was them trying to get you to see it. But this is not new. Not even worth the 500 for 4 nights. May check out. Note there are two vistana resorts / villages 11 minutes apart. Both very similar.

I've always loved staying at this resort and have never had any problems till my recent stay. There was several charges on my account unauthorized. Instead of holding on my account they withdrew that mone...y from my account. I called several times, each time they said that the charges would be removed. Only one of those charges were removed and the other still remained. Each time I asked for a supervisor call back and no call back. I finally had to call my bank and dispute it. Now, my debit card had to be cancelled and I'm having to change allllll my auto pay etc all because their lack of urgency to fix the matter. Which again, is sad because I absolutely love staying here and was planning on staying here again soon for another trip.
