Great with a few small changes

Great accommodation in well appointed and maintained suites with all the facilities that you need for a great stay. Really friendly staff everywhere and cool pools and hot tubs. We felt secure and well looked after. It’s well positioned and close the shops outlets and attractions , no parking or resort fees too! Two small issues , the timeshare people here are unrelenting, firstly you are forced to collect a parking pass from them which is preceded by a hard sell for a tour which after 10 hour flight is unwelcome , these people also call you during your stay to pester further,it’s no problem to fob them off but their skin is thick and hearing is poor so you end up having to be pretty blunt. Secondly the bar food is pretty expensive and quantity and quality is not so good, but you can cook your own stuff so this isn’t a big problem.I think if they upped their game it would be more popular . Entertainment though is top quality with so much to do so you will have a great time,overall a great trip .

This is a lovely hotel, beautiful inside and out. Our apartment was really nice and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout and even helped out with my partners surprise engagement. The rooms were cleaned regularly. My only issue was there really isnt anywhere to dry clothes as the windows are quite shaded due to the trees. Location wise there isn't a great deal around it and it was a bit out of the way but its easy to get ubers and the Iride bus was good for certain locations and a very decent cost. Really nice stay.
