Situated in the middle of the magic, The Walt Disney World Swan Reserve offers an intimate and tranquil oasis like no other to experience the Walt Disney World® Resort. This new hotel offers 349 luxurious guest rooms and suites featuring floor to ceiling windows in an upscale and boutique environment within the iconic Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort complex.

Guests will receive daily 30 mins early access to all 4 Disney Theme parks as well as stay up to two hours after regular closing at select Disney Theme Parks on select evenings.
Guests need to check with Disney Guest Services upon arrival for parks and times. - Exclusive dedicated and continuous luxury motorcoach transportation direct from our hotels to Magic Kingdom® Park, Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park, and Disney Springs®. One bus per theme park running approximately every 20-30 minutes.

Privacy Concern at the Swan Reort

We were extremely dissatisfied with our recent stay. While my wife and I were asleep in our room, hotel security abruptly knocked and demanded immediate entry to inspect the smoke detector. I asked if they... could return later, as I was not fully dressed. Despite this, they insisted on entering and proceeded to do so while I was still in my underwear, disregarding both our privacy and basic courtesy. We were left feeling humiliated, sitting half-dressed as contractors performed the inspection—an entirely preventable situation had we been given prior notice or even afforded a moment to properly prepare. To make matters worse, when I called the security desk to raise my concerns, I was placed on hold and ultimately disconnected. I had to call back a second time and specifically request to speak with a manager before anyone took the matter seriously. This incident reflects a concerning lack of respect for guest privacy, professionalism, and communication. I sincerely hope hotel management addresses these serious shortcomings and implements immediate changes to ensure no other guests are subjected to such an intrusive and disrespectful experience.
Another Fantastic Stay at Swan Reserve

We recently returned to the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, and once again, it was an exceptional experience. Having just stayed in March, it felt great to be back — and we were thrilled to receive a wonde...rful room upgrade. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room was absolutely immaculate. This time, we tried both the in-room continental breakfast and the buffet at Amare — both were delicious and a great way to start the day. Looking out over EPCOT from our room at night, with the park beautifully lit up in the distance, made the stay feel truly magical. The hotel's proximity to the Disney parks is fantastic, and it’s a huge plus that it qualifies as a Disney Deluxe Resort, giving access to Extended Evening Hours and other valuable benefits. The only disappointment was that we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool on this trip — but that just gives us another reason to come back soon. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.
