Situated in the middle of the magic, The Walt Disney World Swan Reserve offers an intimate and tranquil oasis like no other to experience the Walt Disney World® Resort. This new hotel offers 349 luxurious guest rooms and suites featuring floor to ceiling windows in an upscale and boutique environment within the iconic Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort complex.

Guests will receive daily 30 mins early access to all 4 Disney Theme parks as well as stay up to two hours after regular closing at select Disney Theme Parks on select evenings.
Guests need to check with Disney Guest Services upon arrival for parks and times. - Exclusive dedicated and continuous luxury motorcoach transportation direct from our hotels to Magic Kingdom® Park, Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park, and Disney Springs®. One bus per theme park running approximately every 20-30 minutes.
- Disney’s Water Taxis providing transportation to Epcot® and Disney's Hollywood Studios® (or guests can take a leisurely stroll to the entrance of these theme parks as well)
- Complimentary daily parking at Walt Disney World® Resort theme parks with your Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin room key – two cars maximum
- 7-day advance reservations for Lightning Lane theme park ride reservation system.

I have stayed all over Disney property and stayed at both the Dolphin and Swan properties. This place is terrific and has a lot of lovely suites. I am staying on a points redemption in a one bedroom for Disney Bday trip for the kids and am really pleased. Staff has been terrific - from bartender (Jake) to housekeeping getting us everything we need. Quality of service seems a step above most of the Disney hotels. Terrific location and at our request (it was several requests) we got an amazing high view of the Epcot fireworks — actually on 11 we saw Magic Kingdom last night too! I don’t usually write reviews (and I write a lot now) during the stay but this is a terrific Disney option. It’s not “themed” per se but brand new and lovely and near it all (esp Epcot and Studios) is a pretty damn god theme - also nice enough to have a drink after the parks and away from the insanity. Friends got a room nearby as a surprise for bday and the wives went out to have drinks alone and were thrilled. I gave it RARE five stars bc it’s a terrific option at Disney. Highly recommend.
Marriot meets Disney and Wow!

What a great property! World renowned Marriott attention to detail and service coupled with Disney magic! A very elegant and modern hotel on WDW property, but feels like you’re nestled in a secluded area. We stayed in the Epcot view rooms and with their floor to ceiling windows you can view several parks night displays! If you have tickets for the day of checkin, no problem to park there. Did i mention while getting your Marriott perks you also get WDW perks like early admission to the parks!!! Cannot wait to stay there again soon!
