Another amazing stay we stayed here as a family of 10 across 3 rooms the rooms and hotel are so clean the pool amenities and restaurants are great with incredible service, I cannot go on about this hotel e...nough the location is great plus the hotel never feels to busy during this stay we also stayed over at disney which cannot even compete to this hotel, we have booked a return stay for this November and have booked a club level this time and we cannot wait to see what this offers.

We've stayed here multiple times now as a couple and love it every time. We had a great room on the top floor check in was efficient in the morning although are room wasn't ready but we come for the early ...theme park access and express so left our luggage and went out for our day. Love the king beds we will be back in September

We stayed for access to the parks, access for the Epic preview tickets, and the express passes. The location is fantastic, express passes great, but Epic was not worth the money and it's frustrating that t...hey opened ticket sales to everyone. I was concerned about the noise mentioned in other reviews and asked for a quiet room when I checked in online and they put us at the end of the hallway, which was greatly appreciated. The cleanliness was fine, but the sheets did have ink stains. Beds weren't super comfortable, but they still provide 4 pillows per bed, which is nice. All staff we interacted with were very friendly. The texting is super convenient. Pool water was too chilly for us to swim. Overall, I'd definitely stay again if we're visiting Universal.

We stayed here for one night and had a nice experience. We arrived early morning and checked in and luckily couldn’t go to our room. We managed to get preview tickets for Epic Universe before its opening i...n May and this was amazing. We had a very clean room with two big beds which you melting into. A nice sink dresser area and then the toilet and shower separate. Not a fan of the shower curtain however. We benefited from early park access and you can walk or take the boat. The theming is great in this hotel you can imagine your in some far east haven and there is a great smell when you walk in. There is an onsite store selling treats if needed. No criticisms at all and we enjoyed early access to the parks. We used the pool one afternoon. Food is pricey in the bar/restaurant probably not worth the money. We managed to get some beds and enjoyed swimming. Some ducks even joined us in the pool. Shame we couldn’t have stayed for longer

I am writing a review even though I am still at the hotel. Let me start by saying that they try to monetize every dollar. For example, there is only one tv channel for kids and the rest you have to pay fo...r. There is no way to put netflix or anything from your smartphone. Another BIG factor is how dated the hotel is. They gave us broken, stained towels, the plugs on the nightstand did not work, there was pubic hair in the bathtub, the rug was simply dirty (my 6 yr old found a toothpick on the floor, yikes), our luggage took forever to arrive and there is water running noise at night. Room 3527, not recommended. Lastly, we ordered two kids chicken and white rice and they charged $50. Not correlative with the category they promote.
