Great as a conference venue

nataliecQ6460XC on May 09, 2024

Here for a conference, great location, great food and very clean. Staff are really polite and will accommodate needs really well and really quickly. Cocktails in the bar are strong! Didn't see any issues re the pool queues in the morning but it may be because it was in the week.

Overall was a good experience

andreasJ9154PP (Santa Barbara, California) on May 03, 2024

It was a nice family friendly hotel. The room was a studio suite. The pull out bed was not comfortable. It was a good sized room. Bathroom was nice. The downside of this hotel would be the Pool Situation. If you don’t know how it works then don’t plan on getting a chair at the pool. We had to wait in line at the pool gate before 7:30an. People were lining up at 7am. Gate opens at 8am and once they open you run to grab chairs for your party. We were not aware of this the 1st day. But for the 2nd and 3rd day we made sure to line up before 7:30am. This was definitely not the best way to start the morning, but we made the best of it. Overall we had a great time. Pool was on the smaller side and was crazy busy. Food at the pool was good. Coffee shop was great. Kids loved the arcade although expensive.
