BED BUGS, POT, AND CIGARETTE SMOKING

I stayed here as Michael Kaiser on September 17, 2024, through September 19, 2024. Look at the pictures now the evening after I have left. Bed bugs. Furthermore, the first night the pot smoke seeping into my room and out in the hallway was so thick I hardly could breath. I called the front desk and, admittedly, they did come right up and I did not smell THAT pot smoke again. However, almost the entire two days every time I went back down the back stairwell near my room I would smell it around the 3rd floor--I was on the 4th. Additionally, every night cigarette fumes came through my bedroom wall. In cases involving this hotel that bring about distaste, in addition to pursuing any legal remedies you feel or are advised may be appropriate, everyone should file a complaint with the Attorneys General in California, Virginia as Hilton is based in Tysons Corner, Virginia, or even your home state if you are not a California resident and wish to go that route, against separately both Hilton and this franchisee hotel. Eventually also generally because of more than just complaints to the attorneys general but at the minimum in part aided by such the hotel either will be shut down and/or Hilton will be held accountable, all the while coming under pressure both to remove the hotel from its online booking apparatus and also to sever ties with this franchisee. In fact, any time something goes wrong at a franchisee hotel, which basically includes all Hilton hotels, you should file with an attorney general at least against the parent company--Hilton--because, for example, in the case of Hilton its "customer service" effectively functions as interference for Hilton while attempting to push everything back onto the franchisee, regardless of whether you booked through Hilton and Hilton also obviously directed you to the franchisee. You may receive some token from Hilton willingly but that is about it. Anything that matters and that the franchisee does not agree to remedy will not be rectified substantively by dealing only with Hilton "customer service." More pressure must be applied.

Oasis in the Desert

Last minute booking, late arrival, tired. Karisma at the front desk was most pleasant, and checked me in quickly and professionally. I have stayed here several times and the accommodations and service are always top notch. The rooms are spacious and quiet. The views are amazing, and the pool is beautiful.

Had a great stay at Homewood Suites

Great, if not best Hotel for its price in Palm Beach Area. We got a great welcome from Karisma with good tips for what to do in Palm Springs and got a kind upgrade for our stay. Included Snack Bar on Wednesday Evening and a nice breakfast made our stay excellent.

We had Karisma, she was able to upgrade our room :) super kind and knowledgeable. She also validated our upcoming stay and made sure we had everything in order. She helped us get everything we needed for another upcoming stay in November, and we love this hotel so much we are staying for 31 days in May !!!!! Everyone there is always the nicest and the place is beautiful ...............

Breath of fresh air

I had to change hotels due to an unfortunate issue and was welcomed with smiles and a big welcome back from the manager. She is always sweet and so welcoming. I had to change rooms after I lugged all my stuff up to my room due to the air was warm but Karisma Christina came to the rescue. Not only did she bring me my new keys but helped me transfer my bag to my new room down the hall. It was very pleasant to be treated this way after my experience at the other hotel. I appreciate the staff here very much!
