Great experience! All the staff were so friendly. Thank you for your great service Catharin (Server), Danna, (pool server), Dalia (made to order eggs), Carlos (activities/sports), Jesus (security saved my shoes), Christian helping with our luggage and always a friendly smile, and Carlos the Concierge Manager that will give you the low down on everything you need to know. The location is great- short walk or borrow the hotel bikes to the Malecon. Beds and pillows were comfy, and the room cleaners were on point! The food was great with a lot of selection with daily food item changes and a Mexican fiesta experience on Thursday by the pool where ALOT of work was put in to our this together- great job!
Great stay with a toddler

We had a great stay and the staff were excellent. The buffet staff were kind and patient with our 2 year old, particularly Catherin, who took time to talk and play with her. Everything was clean and comfortable. The hallway echoes a lot, so if people are talking or slam doors, it can be very loud, but overall it did not bother us.
