We just left on Dec 13/2024 and our stay was amazing!! All of the people that work there were incredible! They were very helpful, polite and enthusiastic. The food and drinks were excellent and the place is very clean. We loved being so close to all of the hustle and bustle of the town and all of the attractions. The unexpected highlight of the trip for us was all of the local couples and families that were staying there, it gave it an authentic feel for being at an all inclusive. We will be bringing our whole family there next year.

We called for water 3 different times and never arrived so had to buy our own from the convenient store. They said we broke something in the room which we did not and charged us $85. They let someone else check in with my name. Horrible experience
