BEWARE BEFORE YOU BOOK

DO NOT book. As a Wyndham Diamond member I would never recommend this hotel. First sign of danger is plastered on the wall in the bathroom NON POTABLE WATER . That is your first sign to get out . Food is ...previous nights leftovers and selection is non existent.Shame on Wyndham for not disclosing this. This hotel caters to 500 guests every3-4 days from different parts of Mexico. Not for the US traveler.

We were at the Decameron in 2013 and quite enjoyed it. This time not so much. The hotel is very dated and in need of updates. We stayed in Block one, the view was beautiful. The room not so much. We had a ...king bed with a desk with 2 very little draws and 2 side tables with one tiny drawer in each. It had space for a dresser but there wasn't one. I felt so disorganized the whole trip with no storage options. The specialty restaurant booking system was a joke. We were a party of 6 in 3 different room. Impossible to book specialty restaurants on the app. I would like to say that the staff were great and the grounds are nicely kept. We will not return to this resort and will also stay away from the Wyndham Brand.
