The staff was absolutely excellent! Raul, Neto and Rafael went above and beyond for us every time! Henry was a great game host and the drinks were great! The sunsets were breathtaking and any issues that m...ay come up, the staff is eager to ensure that everything is taken care of in a friendly and timely manner!

Hotel needs so much renovation. Lamps are old there ironing board as you can see is old and rusty. I couldn’t believe when I seen the mattress, it looked like it had bedbugs. Mattress was just covered wi...th a bunch of flat sheets. The only good thing about a hotel was a heated pool i and their staff were very attentive.
