Nice place to vacationing, crew excellent. Ivette paola marco and rest of crew in restaurant. I'd like restaurants were 24/7 or at least room service were. Try to use bracelets as key to rooms and safe box I invite you to go and try food on chart. Wish you well.
Relaxing vacation, great service, pool and beach swimming

We have been visiting Costa Sur for several years and always enjoy our stay! This trip, they were doing upgrades to the lobby and entrance way. All construction was done within a few a days and with little to no inconvenience to the guests. The property is due for some upgrades, so we were happy to see that happening. The staff is always amazing to see and they remember our names each time we come. The service is always above and beyond. Raul, Erik, Ernesto, Juan, Fabrizio, they all are wonderful!! We look forward to coming back next year!
