This was our first vacation at this resort. We have no regrets! My three kids, 20, 20 and 18 loved it. My husband and I enjoyed Spring Break 2025 with our kids. The food was amazing. We felt they had ...authentic local Mexican food, The resort also had Italian and Asian cuisine. The poolside lunch was fabulous! Something for everyone. The main pool is not always for everyone! We loved that the Sonne Club is an Adults only pool. Rafael, Ignacio and Ernestina took care of our Drinks, lunch and dessert. Felipe at the Cevicheria was very caring to our needs. We would see him thought out the resort. At the Chula Vista breakfast and the Mexican restaurant. Christian at the Asian restaurant made my twins university graduation celebration special. Ask forJosefina at the Spa for the best massage. The activities throughout the day made the days fun! The nightly entertainment made our evening enjoyable.

My wife and I recently vacationed at Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta. We have been to PV many times over the years and consider it our favourite destination. While we typically try different resorts, look...ing for “the one”, we feel this resort will continue to be our home while visiting this great city. We found the resort to be the right size for us. Everything was easily accessible and right where it needed to be. The room was well appointed, everything worked, and the bed was impeccable. The maid and mini bar service was excellent, and daily. Room service was prompt for a morning coffee and pastries. Dining was consistent and of very high quality. Deli Express coffee and snack bar made excellent coffee and the cakes there were delectable. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of options, with the standouts being the pastries, fruits, and chilaquiles. We were able to enjoy all of the a la carte’s which were all great. A standout was the new Cervicheria, a recently completed lunch venue, on the beach. We also ate at the Sonne Club pool, which had great burgers and aguachille. Service at all restaurants and bars were excellent, another hallmark of the resort. While we didn’t use the regular pool, the Sonne Club pool was very enjoyable. A nice retreat for those of us who don’t have kids. The evening Sonne Club bar upstairs made great drinks and was a nice perk of the upgrade. The wonderful staff even went out of their way to celebrate my wife’s birthday at the lobby bar. Kymm was so honoured that her birthday was remembered by the staff! We returned to an amazing birthday message in the room. A great ending to a wonderful trip. Our stay at Fiesta Americana was nothing short of perfect. We truly feel we have found our place in the sun and are already looking forward to our next trip to see our new friends there. Hasta Pronto!

Thank you Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta staff! You made our 3rd trip back as memorable as the first. The staff hospitality is exceptional as soon as entering the resort, and always assuring we are accom...modated at the pool, bar, restaurants, etc. Thank you Daniela, Gume & team, Carlos, Andrez, y Pedro for serving my family needs when we are here. All that attention is priority especially when with my family. My kids have a blast inside the pool that’s only 4ft deep everywhere. Thank you for making me and my family feel at home away from home. We will continue to come here because I leave happy as I have in the past.

This is our 5th time to the Fiesta Americana in P.V. but our first time back since 2019 and it didn’t disappoint. The service and food at this resort is second to none. We upgraded to the Fiesta club and... I would highly recommend. We enjoyed the preferential seating at restaurants and the special evening fiesta club lounge on the 8th and 9th floor not to mention access to the Sonne Club/ adults only pool if you prefer at the pool to the beach. The beach staff team during our stay of Sergio, Luis and Giovani made our stay extra fantastic as they truly go above and beyond. They make everyone feel special and work so hard! They are a great team!! Sergio has worked here for many years and remembers us. Patricia at the Italian restaurant and Israel at the La Cervichera were also stand out people!
