Great time at secrets! Orlando in sweet dreams made the trip! He went above and beyond to celebrate my friends birthday. Armando, Marco, and the whole entertainment team also went above and beyond and had ...SO much energy—-throughout the whole day! Tons of fun!!!!

We came with 3 other couples. We’ve stayed at multiple Secrets properties. Vallarta Bay was a nice resort! Some of the differences you’ll find are that some of the restaurants are over at Dreams, it’s in ...the middle of the city, so there is some city noise. Depending on your room location, you may hear roosters and dogs. Our room was nice and cool, which had been an issue at other resorts. Our fridge was always stocked. The pool with the bar could definitely use a better filtration system, but the other pool was nice and clean. Service was great. The pool waiters were always around. The entertainment staff kept it fun. The waiters in the restaurants were great as well. Some of the restaurants did take a while to serve the food. The buffet was good, omelets made fresh. Our servers, especially Adrian and Eloy were very attentive. They left us with a nice last day dessert. Overall our stay was great!

We had the pleasure of working with Celeste, the wedding coordinator at Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort & Spa, for our May 2025 wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! Celeste was absolutely in...credible—attentive, cheerful, and exceptionally accommodating. She took over a former colleague and hit the ground running. From our first interaction, she made us feel like our wedding was her top priority, despite managing multiple events. Her seamless coordination with our 100+ guests and third-party vendors ensured everything ran smoothly, leaving us stress-free to enjoy our special day. Celeste’s communication was outstanding, always responding promptly and with a smile, making the planning process a breeze. She helped us last minute pivot from our outdoor wedding to another location due to weather on the spot. Her attention to detail was impeccable, from organizing our wedding dinner to ensuring the ceremony and reception flowed closed to perfect with the situation given to us. We highly recommend Celeste and the Dreams Vallarta Bay team for any couple planning a destination wedding. Her professionalism and warmth turned our vision into an unforgettable reality. We’re already looking forward to returning for our anniversary!

Entertainment could have been better. Don't waste your time going to the club on the Dreams side of the resort. The DJ is so self absorbed that he plays what he wants to play whether anyone is dancing or... not, I was the only one dancing out of the two couples there. I asked about a song twice. He never played the song even after my second time. He played at least another 4 songs so I finally gave up and left.

This was the perfect time to go. It wasn't very crowded, the weather was fantastic, and the service was terrific. Puerto Vallarta was a very safe city; there was plenty to do, or you could enjoy the resort...'s amenities. Do yourself a favor and get reservations at La Capella if you want a nice dinner in the City!
