We recently stayed here with 3 other couples for the 3rd time and had the most wonderful vacation. It was nice to see Carlos Miranda pur butler again as he always takes such good care of us. This resort is... a must visit resort. Be sure to ask for Carlos!

Loved the pool area ! Had a cabana by the beach ! Fernando and Jorge at the cabana gave us great service ! Had breakfast at the market cafe daily. Adrian and Pedro gave us fabulous service! Enjoyed our s...tay immensely ! The resort had very fun activities including cooking classes!

I recently stayed at Secrets Vallarta Bay for my mother’s 70th birthday. We were amazed by the wonderful customer service at this resort. I have never been at a resort that had such happy hard working staf...f. Our favorite restaurant was the French restaurant. All of the staff went above and beyond to make my moms birthday special. They even wore a Tom Selleck mask for her and made her a gluten free cake! Huge shout out to Martin, Ricardo and Jose for helping with this. Caesar greeted us in the morning at the buffet restaurant. He always gave us VIP treatment, once he knew we liked mimosas, they were brought promptly to our table with coffee and baileys. Our favorite bartenders Hector and Jaro at the swim up bar. They made the best drinks and were so much fun. They also wore the Tom mask and had amazing customer service. The entertainment team did a great job as well. They had more activities than I have ever seen at any other resort with a large variety of activities and high energy to get you engaged. We loved the water aerobics, water cycle, yoga, Sup yoga, water golf, boating game to just name a few. The silent party and Great Gatsby show were our favorite evening events. The Great Gatsby was wonderful to watch and the details in this were shown from the appetizers, drinks and even sparklers at the end. Thank you to Veronica, Danilo, Ivan, Armando, Diego, Jimmy and Marco-you made our vacation unforgettable. All our meals were delicious. The fresh fruit in the morning was the best I have ever had at an inclusive! None of us had a bad meal. They were very conscientious about food allergies and since I’m gluten free they always had a substitute available. We did get massages and took time to enjoy the hydrotherapy area. I had Maria for my massage and she was great. We thought it was a very nice spa with a great staff who were friendly and helpful. I would highly suggest this resort to anyone as it has the best activities, great food, clean, and awesome staff of any Hyatt resort I have ever been to! One complaint would be at check in, the front desk really didn’t give you information about the resort, how to’s etc.My other complaint would be after check in we were bombarded by a VIP sales representative. We had been up early morning and traveling most of the day and hadn’t eaten much. We just wanted to eat something and relax. This representative was very persistent about and almost in our face to listen to her…we ended up walking away. Not a great first impression!

Our experience at Secrets Vallarta Bay was excellent. The staff is awesome, and the personalized service we received was the best I have received in my life. The hotel is really nice, with easy access to ...all amenities and the view to bay was incredible. The food was fantastic, and going to the Puerto Vallarta City from there is super easy. The last day we were there I was tempted to extend our stay, but sadly that was not an option for us. We are looking forward to going back to Puerto Vallarta, and we will definitely stay in Secrets Vallarta Bay again.

Beautiful resort and excellent service! We had a great experience. Delicious food too! Quality resort. My husband and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and enjoyed everything so much. They ce...lebrated us with a special bottle of champagne and our waiter at breakfast made us a special dessert with a message. Lovely
