We got married March 21,2025 at this resort and cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with the resort and our wedding coordinator Karla Cruz. From our very first conversation, she was war...m, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, especially when you're coordinating from out of town, but she made the entire process feel smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. Her communication was impeccable—always quick to respond, clear with every detail, and proactive about timelines and logistics. She truly took the time to understand our vision and offered thoughtful suggestions that made everything come together more beautifully than we could have imagined. The execution on the day of the wedding was absolutely flawless. She and the rest of the staff managed every detail behind the scenes with calm professionalism, ensuring that everything stayed on track and that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. From setup to final send-off, she handled it all with grace and efficiency, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our day. What stood out the most was her kindness and genuine care. She treated us like family, constantly checking in to make sure we were happy and supported throughout the planning process and especially on the big day. It’s rare to find someone so skilled who also brings so much heart to their work. If you are considering hosting your wedding or event here, do yourself a favor and work with this incredible coordinator. She is an absolute gem and played a huge role in making our wedding day perfect. We will always be grateful!
