First time at an all inclusive

The location was amazing! I'd never done a Mexican beach but his place was amazing and beautiful. The room was spacious and comfortable, but be aware if you don't get an ocean view you'll probably get stuck with the view of the street. The food was good but the flavoring was mild. Which is understandable give you have to suit many different taste palettes. The staff was super friendly and helpful with every request. The overall stay was great! It was nice to let go and be pampered for once :)

Staff are wonderful and service is amazing. Jorge one of the servers is fantastic and very friendly and customer oriented! Food is great and ample variety. Rooms are comfortable! Every time we return to this resort they have upgraded amenities. Highly recommended!
