Old, run down, and budget hotel.

This resort is old and dated. The AC worked but sounded like it was about to shut down at any moment and smelled of mildew. The restaurant is mediocre and it took over an hour to get breakfast every day. I...t’s definitely the budget resort in the area.
Good value for the money

The resort has a friendly atmosphere. Jose & Henry provided activities daily. Even though the room was dated, it was clean & comfortable. The shower was all hot or cold, very difficult to regulate (room 31...5). The restaurant staff exceeded our expectations by providing a menu meeting our specific dietary needs. The capitains Moricio and Moses took charge of providing our special requests for our diet. The wait staff, Ivette, Erik, Jesus, Juan Jose, Francis and Kevin took charge of our orders and greeted us with our special Menus. Zareth was our hostess. The bar tenders Fabricio, David, Ramon, and Emilio provided a nice variety of drinks daily. Overall everyone mentioned and those we may have missed provided excellent customer service. The beach area was rocky and small. Paddle boards and kayaks were available for use at no charge.
