Overall we would have to say we were disappointed in this resort. The price we paid had us expecting a great resort but the reality was a let down. There was some pro’s for sure. Beach was great, our room location and view was very nice. The property is big and has great potential. Pools were pretty decent but lacking in seats for the number of guest in the resort. If you did not have a pool spot saved by 8:00-8:30 in the morning you were not going to have one for the entire day. The bathrooms around the pool we’re disgusting even by 8:00 in the morning, clearly not cleaned properly. Food was adequate but average at best. Selection did not change for the week we were there. Both Ala Carte restaurants were closed but this was not mentioned or disclosed when we booked so it was a very basic buffet or nothing. Many dishes were slow to be replenished. There was no pool service for drinks and the bar always had a long line-up. Room service was very poor, 3 of our 7 days they did not even show up. The remaining days we often did not get water or towels. When we called to request them they agreed but still did not provide them. AC did not work in one of our two room, we asked to have it repaired but they never did. There was little to no activities, nightlife, or places to go after dinner. The resort is tired and not well kept. Lots of construction going on all day every day. Our recommendation is don’t do it! There are much better reports for the money.

This was best, beautiful holiday, hotel is perfect, very good. Clean servis , kitchen, rooms, pools ... everything ?? Thank you so much and I want to come back. We are from Czech Republic and we flew 14 hour ???????????????? See you next year.
